  Mr.William our tour guide to Bana hills Danang Vietnam today was excellent in all aspects.Not only he is fully aware of Bana Hills but also informed us so many things about Vietnam and various provinces and culture s.He is truly professional and organised and at the same time takes care of each and every tourist.

  Mr Son (driver) and Mr Thai ( our guide) conducted our hue city trip !! Entire trip was extraordinary and mind blowing !! Delicious lunch provided by them !! They took extra effort even in providing me discount from local vendors !! It's highly recommended...

  We had an amazing trip to Ba Na Hills with Vietnam Travel Mart. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide, Anh Phon, spoke excellent English, kept the group well organized, and made the whole tour enjoyable and stress-free. What impressed me the most was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my hat in the bus—a special souvenir from another trip. Even though the driver had already parked the bus, someone went back to get it and sent it to my hotel reception by Grab. They even paid for the Grab delivery themselves! Amazing service, wonderful people, and a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

  Our tour guide, William, was very friendly and enthusiastic about spending the day with us. He took us to Bana Na Hills and gave many details of the location; where to take the best photos, the best timings for different attractions, and other trivial facts. He was very homey and fun to talk to. At the end of the tour, he gave each of us a little souvenir, very thoughtful and generous. My family and I had a great time.

  I went to cham island. It was a really good tour. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because one of the tourists murdered a starfish. If you are going to take tourists to reefs then you need to educate them on the importance of not touching or removing coral and sea creatures. The tour guide should tell everyone before going snorkeling not to touch or disturb the coral.

  Although the weather played spoilsport, we still managed to savour some moments of our trip to Bana Hills. Our guide William Nguyen was most helpful and kind. Thank you to the entire team!!
