  We used VinaVisa to obtain our Chinese Visas and everything was handled perfectly! It is scary to hand over your passport while traveling outside of your country, but Mr. Hong and the staff at VinaVisa were so professional and helpful. They assisted us through the entire process and did a great job at keeping us updated. We highly recommend VinaVisa and would definitely use them again in the future.

  Super quick and professional contact and help. I contacted this agency because I applied for my e-visa too late and I was afraid visa will not be granted before I arrive to Vietnam. They were able to explain everythinq quickly and the matter was solved within 24 hours as promised. Thank you!

  Vina Visa are a legit company that were able to help us when no one else could! We forgot we needed Visas to enter Vietnam so were stamped the standard 15 days on entry. We planned to stay for longer than that. Vina visa were able to facilitate a border run even just before Tet (this was the issue with other companies as everywhere was closing for the holidays) which allowed us an extra 15 days in Vietnam. We are so thankful for the help and efficiency of this company. 100% recommend

  I don't particularly enjoy leaving a bad review but when a company states they can do something, invites you to their office to start the process, meaning for me driving from Hoi An to Danang, then simply disappear without explanations & stop replying to your messages, I feel it's fair to inform others.
