After 3 months traveling in Southeast Asia I finally found a hot yoga studio. Bikram classes never disappoint, it was a gift to try this studio. 1000% recommended (either you’re a newer in Bikram series or not) Thank you! ♥️

What a GEM!! After traveling around SEA, it was so wonderful to find a hot yoga studio. It was everything I wanted and needed. Tu is an amazing teacher pushing me to new limits and correcting old habits. I wasn’t planning on staying in An Bang for long but ended up staying over a month to continue practicing with Tu. To push myself to do hard things, to challenge myself in order to find the change within myself. Big THANK YOU to Tu for dedicating your time and patience with me!! **Plus A Bang beach is the perfect little town to rest and recharge before continuing on traveling Asia.

I had never tried Yoga before (let alone Hot Yoga) and thought I’d use the opportunity to attend a class whilst in Hoi An. I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem on Google maps because the beginners class was fantastic. Yes, it was extremely tough but I was guided through the various moves and made to push my boundaries in a firm but encouraging way. I would highly recommend the beginners class to anyone who is keen to try Hot Yoga in a positive, inclusive environment. Thank you!

Honestly, I can't thank Tu enough. Dealing with back pain has been part of my life for ages, and I was always worried I'd just make it worse. I’ve explored everything from various massages and strength training to different yoga styles, but nothing seemed to make a difference. But, something clicked after just a few sessions with Tu. My back started feeling better, and in no time, the pain was just gone. Tu's got this warm, encouraging way of teaching that really made me feel safe pushing my limits and building back my strength. He's got a talent for making everyone, beginners or pros, feel right at home and cared for. Tu - you're a wonderful person, and I'm so grateful for your classes! Tack 🙏🤍💫

I was so glad to see a hot yoga studio 3 minutes from our stay in An Bang. All the hot studios have disappeared in Bristol so it’s been a while. Tu is a great teacher and the classes are fun and welcoming for beginners or experienced yogis.

I had never done Bikram yoga before and I’ve got to say it was, I think, the toughest thing I’ve ever done! Although it was very intense, tu is a great teacher and looked after me when I couldn’t take it anymore and was really reassuring about my progress in class. Going to go back.

I only had time to do two classes but it would’ve been so beneficial if I could have stayed and practised for longer. Tu is an amazing teacher and the yoga is so cleansing. It can definitely get addictive! Thank you Tu :)

This was the worst yoga experience I have ever had. I did not enjoy the style of teaching. It felt like we were being yelled at and told what to do the entire time. My friend and I decided to leave in the middle of the class because we felt so uncomfortable. Told to “push push push, it should hurt!” “Don’t close your eyes, look at yourself in the mirror!”. It was unlike any yoga class I have experienced. It was not zen at all, and more so felt like the teacher was a drill sergeant. He also kept calling out my friend who has never done hot yoga and commented on her appearance throughout class several times, talking about her outfit and her nails, it felt very demeaning. The final straw was when we started to get into a pose after taking a much needed break and the instructor told is “either get up and do yoga, or sit down” I at that point asked my friend if she wanted to leave and the instructor said “if you want to go, then go!” And continued to yell at us to leave in a very aggressive manor. Please avoid this class at all costs!
