Great classes at a gentle pace with effective breathing techniques that help relieve muscle tightness. I attended both Qigong and Yoga—highly recommended! Clear English instruction and personal attention make it suitable for all levels.

EM Yoga & Qi Gong are a group of dedicated and experienced Yoga & Qi Gong Teachers offering small group sessions at their beautiful studio and on the Danang beach under shady palm trees. Every class brings inspiration to continue the healing journey inward, to quiet the mind and restore balance to the body. I am so grateful to Hau, Thu and Quinn for supporting my daily practice through their quiet strength and gentle guidance. Each class is refreshing and I always leave feeling uplifted and at peace. It is largely because of EM Yoga & Qi Gong Studio that I decided to lengthen my stay in Danang in order to benefit from daily guided practice with them. The Sound Bowls session is a wonderful compliment to their offerings! Much gratitude for sharing your practice. Namasté

I usually lift weights, but during deload weeks I love mixing things up with yoga. I was lucky to visit this wonderful studio during my trip and deload week, and I really enjoyed their classes. Supporting a local business was important to me, and this studio is run by true locals (and not expats). I took a couple of their classes by the beach, and I can’t recommend them enough. A small tip for fellow travelers: yoga in Vietnam can feel a bit different if you’re used to classes in the U.S. My advice? Just go with the flow and enjoy the experience. I did, and I’m so glad I joined their classes.

EM Yoga & Qigong is an amazing studio with a peaceful atmosphere and a welcoming community. My teacher is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, helping me progress safely while building strength and mindfulness. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is the perfect place to deepen your practice. Highly recommended!

Em’s class was amazing! We were able to book the day prior for 3 people and had the option between the studio or the beach. The movements flowed well, and she helped adjust your position to ensure proper posture and a good stretch. Highly recommend for when you’re in Da Nang! Thank you

I cannot recommend Em Yoga highly enough! I tried out several other classes in the area but nothing compared. I went to this studio week after week for around 2 months and during this time her classes completely transformed my mind and body. The classes are as challenging as you want to make them, tension releasing and personalized in a very ambient, spotlessly clean environment. I’m forever grateful for this experience as it made my trip in Da Nang!🙏 I even ordered the same yoga mat as a memory to take home and keep practicing with ❤️ If you want a really meaningful yoga experience during your stay in Da Nang, this is the place. ✨

I want to share an honest and balanced review to help others make an informed decision. The space itself is clean and pleasant, and the instructor was kind and welcoming. I genuinely appreciate that. However, in my experience, this was not a yoga class in the traditional or widely recognized sense. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years across multiple countries and styles, and what was taught here did not resemble any structured yoga practice I’ve encountered. There was some guided breathing, but it didn't feel integrated, and more than once the instruction was to breathe out when the movement clearly calls for breathing in. The sequencing was weak, and there were very few foundational elements that typically define a yoga class. For example, almost no positions were called out by their name. Downward dog was the only one I can remember. Some other poses were utilized, but very few traditional yoga poses. It felt more like a loosely guided movement or stretching session inspired by yoga, rather than yoga itself. Because of that, I found the class to be misleading in how it is presented. If you are looking for a true yoga practice, I would recommend clarifying the style and structure beforehand. I also asked about the instructor’s certification after the class. While a partial image of a certificate was shared, I was unable to verify the full credential, as I was told the full document could not be provided due to it being “sensitive.” For a professional setting, I believe transparency around qualifications is important, especially when teaching something as established as yoga. This may be a good fit for someone looking for light movement in a nice environment, but for experienced practitioners or those seeking a traditional yoga experience, this may not meet expectations.
