It is an efficient large bank. Good service and help. You may have to wait for a teller. You simply take a number and wait for that number to be called. They only call the numbers in Vietnamese but you can ask one of the several customer service people that are walking around in their large waiting room to help you. Nice furniture to relax on. They have several staff members who speak English. It is one of the larger banks in dong hoi.

Tôi đã ghé qua Vietcombank ở Trần Hưng Đạo một lần để giải quyết vài công việc cá nhân. Không gian rộng rãi, khá thoải mái dù không phải sang trọng kiểu hoành tráng. Nhân viên ở đây khá nhiệt tình và mình thấy họ xử lý công việc khá nhanh gọn. Chỉ tiếc là đôi khi phải đợi hơi lâu vào giờ cao điểm.
