  Just a hop, skip and a jump from both a beautiful beach, an incredible cafe, and the best seafood restaurant I've had yet. I would also recommend these place for couples. Some hotels have strategically placed mirror to see the shower from the bed, but this one has a window directly 😍 and a curtain for when not 🫣😊. The beds are a touch noisy but quite comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again 🥰

  We spent a couple of days here, the staff seemed very nice and attentive, helped organise a tour to the big caves nearby, all went well till the first morning when we found out that the shower had no hot water...we were later told that the switch had to be turned on to activate the hot water. The label was in Vietnamese and we read English. Unfortunately the person who showed us the room didn't advise us of this fact. On going to breakfast we were hoping for something good. On offer was dry toast, some sliced cucumber and tomato. They also had noodle soup and an omelette. We laughed this off. On return from our tour we told the lady at reception that we would be departing at midnight to catch a train in 7 hours. When we did check out she wasn't sure if we had paid for the room or not. I indicated that our credit card was lodged with Booking.com where we had booked the room. She tried several times calling someone (at 12am) to see what was going on, all the time looking more and more stressed out. At this point I indicated she needed to now take it up with Booking.com as I needed to go to the train station. We got a cab to the train station and at 12.45am the receptionist turned up at the train station looking for money! She kept asking for US$ and didn't know how many VND were required, We paid her some local money and told her to leave us alone. Very unprofessional! We did receive text messages the next day apologising...what started off well ended up being a very sad and disappointing experience.

  Our hotel room was very spacious with a nice view over the river and city and good value for money, the staff and especially the manger were very nice and helpful. We found our hotel room to a little run down with a mattress as hard as concrete and shower with toilet a little unusual, and breakfast was not great.

  Our family stayed at hotel for 2 night and we was enjoyed very much, the hotel located very centrally, only few minutes walk to the Bao Ninh beach and to Dong Hoi city center. The hotel also has great view of Nhat Le river and the sea, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

  I stayed here just for one night and would stay again. The hotel appears to be brand new and the facilities are modern and clean. I had a great view on the 6th floor looking across the bridge to the city. Breakfast was included but I didn't get the time to try it. Service was friendly and professional.

  I stay for couple of days. The staff was friendly and service was also good. Rooms fairly spacious and well equipped. our room stay with city view and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Also good value for money.

  Good hotel. Upgraded room on high floor with great views. 500k per night and it was a large room.|I was able to park my motorbike down underneath which was a bonus.|When l arrived it was lunchtime for the staff tho the kind lady dropped what she was doing and checked me in straight away without a prior booking. Happy staff.
