  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm smiles and professional service. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the facilities were excellent. I especially loved the breakfast — so many delicious options to choose from! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

  Really lovely! The swimming pool was a bit small and some of the guests were quite noisy early in the morning, but overall our stay was comfortable and access to the beach was super easy!

  Located right next to Nhat Le beach. We came here during off-peak and it was a steal! It’s a new hotel so everything was new and modern. The staff were also helpful. Not sure if it was because it was close to the Tet holiday, but there was music playing in the hallways that was loud enough to be heard from the rooms. Thankfully the music turned off at night, but resumed again at 7am

  Thoughtful service, beautiful beach-side facility… Today I stopped in for a drink and enjoyed the atmosphere and kind staff with good English. I did not sleep here but might next visit, just far enough removed from the Dong Hoi city center.

  We had a lovely view of the sea. The staff was super helpful. The room was very clean. I highly recommend this place

  Room was clean and nice view. The restaurant was very very bad. Food was cold. Wine bottle was expired and they dont want to exchange the bottle cause it was expensive. Do not eat in the restaurant.

  Good hotel location near an area with many local beach side restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff members, although limited English. Unfortunately, I found the hotel very noisy even late at night due to uncourteous guests and the breakfast buffet could be better.

  This was (and still is a 4-Star) hotel; however, the quality of customer service and breakfast buffet were bad. I would rather stay at homes-stays than staying at this inflated rated-hotel. This hotel’s buffet offered only one choice: pho ga (chick noodles) and that was it! Yes, only pho ga. No eggs, no salads, no fruits (even bananas). Their coffee and tea tasted like muddy waters. |I left this buffet place right away and did not bother to go back in my second day at this hotel. I saw a family of 2 adults and 2 small children checked in this buffet and left right away for their breakfast in downtown. |Customer service was not any better. They kept my passport rather than making a copy and returning it to me right away to prevent misfiling or losing my passport. |When I checked out and returned my room key to the receptionist, I was treated like a theft! When I asked the receptionist to return my passport to me, she refused to give it to me and asked me to wait until someone finished checking my room and making sure I already paid for anything I used. I told her I did not use anything but she insisted that I wait for the hotel room service ladies to complete their verification.|Bad, really bad experience.
