  Had a really nice stay here, the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in Vietnam. The food could do with a little bit of work though.

  The most luxurious hotel i've been to in vietnam. The room is big and clean. There is a big breakfast, the variety for vegans is not big though. The gym is in/next to the lobby. There's a pool nearby as well. In about 5 minutes there is a beach for swimming. The staff was nice and friendly as well.

  Stayed at this hotel on my way back from Phong Nha. The room and service was fantastic. Loc at the front desk really went out of his way to make a great experience including helping arrange laundry after hours so I could be ready for my early morning departure and helping us with a ride while grab taxi system was down! Would definitely stay again

  A lot of pros: 1. Behavior (everyone is proactive to help you) 2. Cleanliness 3. Good breakfast (enough options for vegetarians too) 4. Perfect location (right in front of beach) Also, special mention to Daphne Le Dong Hoi for helping us by going out of the way. We had forgotten our jacket at Dong Hoi airport while returning back to India. She herself drove and got it for us. Thank you!

  Overall I was disappointed with both this hotel and Dong Hoi itself. The hotel felt kind of dark, a bit dingy, and out-of-date. The room was spacious and clean, but incredibly dark with weird lighting. The pool was not even in the building – had to walk down the street and wasn’t a great pool/not many chairs. The hotel is right across from the beach, but the beach is very dirty with a lot of trash, as well as the city in general being dirty/nothing special. The hotel staff was nice enough, but compared to the exceptional service everywhere else I’ve experienced in Vietnam it fell short here. I will say the laundry service was good. I booked this stay to hopefully have a nice day on the beach before traveling to Phong Nha to go caving. In the future, I’d completely skip Dong Hoi and head straight to Phong Nha and stay somewhere there. This is not a place I’d return (hotel or city).

  A 5 stars hotel. Beautiful, very clean, great location far from noisy ares,but easy to reach the cbd. Breakfast great lots of food. Now just outside the hotel nightime the area comes alive,because of I have no counted probably 50-60 restaurants specialising in fish. I would like Lam and Tien from the reception for their help. They have told me more about the Vietnamese culture and places to go or visit, plus accommodating any request.

  Room was beautiful. View was awesome.DO NOT GET LAUNDRY DONE IN HOTEL.. I should have known better and checked prices first. A few T-Shirts and other items not more than 1kg cost us 615000 DONG. More than the taxi 1 hr taxi ride from Phong Nha and about the same as another night accommodation. (Per item charge)Also breakfast goes till 9am only. 5 minutes to 9am and had one of the staff come over and remind us that they will shut in 5 minutes while we are in the middle of eating. Breakfast selection very ordinary for such a nice hotel. Otherwise no complaints.

  Location is very good just across from the beach and with a lot of seafood restaurants |the hotel is very clean. The room is very big and comfortable. My bed can fit 3 people easily.||Staff are are very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again thể next time .||Great hotel for the price
