  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during Tet. The entire experience was truly beautiful from start to finish. The environment is amazing with a very large pool, it’s clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. One of the things I loved most was the location. It is serene and directly facing the beach, which made the atmosphere even more special and refreshing. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. As part of the Tet celebration, they also offered me a lucky money draw voucher, which was such a thoughtful and festive touch. It made the stay feel even more special and welcoming. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to stay here again.

  The location is ideal, right beach-front. The room is clean, amenities are new, but there are several things that may give guests a tough task to find them: 1. The bathroom switch: located in inconveniently away from the bathroom door. 2. The stand for suitcases is at the furthest corner of the room, away from the entrance. 3. TV: one has to lie on the side to watch it. 4. Air-con remote control: well hidden behind the curtain.

  Our stay at Nava Hotel and Resort is the place to stay in Dong Hoi. The staff is excellent and took care of our every need and more. We received more than we anticipated and would definitely recommend to all our friends in Canada. Take the time to stay here with Duc, Dung, Hoan best staff ever!!!!

  The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived. They even upgraded my room which was a pleasant surprise. Great location with food markets right across the road. The gardens are beautiful … one suggestion could you maybe get the birds bigger cages?☺️

  I loved staying here. Our host was super friendly and sweet. All the plants create a beautiful oasis. They made a vegetarian breakfast just for us.

  I stayed here for 2 days and really enjoy the nice view, people here very friendly, i love so much, my daughter love this place more than another one. I definitely to comeback here with my family again

  Duc, Hoan and Dung were so attentive to our needs and made our stay extra special! Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and pool was refreshing! Thank you so much!

  We greatly enjoyed our stay at Nava. We are especially grateful for the friendly staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, definitely doing way more than expected for us, especially Hoan. It was very quiet at the location because it was the tourism low season. The hotel also arranged a day tour for us to Phong Nha Caves which was reasonably priced and very convenient. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Thank you
