Stayed at this hotel and loved the view of the water taxi, it was so peaceful and scenic. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the whole experience felt really relaxing. Perfect spot for enjoying the riverside atmosphere

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March 2025..It's a splendid hotel with excellent views of the river and city view. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is that for vegetarians there is very poor breakfast options. Besides toast and butter or jam..nothing else was suitable. We had informed the hotel on booking but seems the message of we being vegetarians was either ignored or not filtered to the chef. However, the restaurant staff were very apologetic and ralled around to prepare some items for us. Ms Hong was superb..she tried her best to provide us with the best hospitality and got the items prepared for us ...management please do pass our appreciation to her.. Notwithstanding the breakfast challenge, this is an awesome hotel..

The room is quite old and the bed is not clean. It becomes very noisy at 6 a.m. due to poor sound insulation. Additionally, the toilet has a drainage issue — when I take a shower, water spreads all over the floor.

I chose this place because I was recently injured and it said it had room service and was wheelchair accessible. I needed time to heal before moving to a bigger city. It is NOT wheelchair accessible, there are stairs to enter the building. There is an elevator in the basement but I was not told that until long after I climbed the front stairs in crutches. The restaurant was closed and no one spoke enough English to provide room service. The rooms look older and dirtier than the photos, I found a dead moth on the floor when I arrived. Stuff was broken. Everything just felt a little shabby. Edit to add: After I posted this review midday they brought a plate of fruit up to my room (around 18:00) and apologized for my experience. On the day that I checked out they called me on the room phone at 6:30am the following day to ask what time I was going to check out. I thought it was strange to call that early in the morning, and it interrupted my sleep. I still wouldn’t choose to stay here again but considering it was Tet, it could’ve been the holiday that made this stay a challenge.

Room facility is poorly maintained, wallpapers scratched, water sewage stuck, window having gaps letting the wind come inside the room, can also easily hear the guests from the room next door snoring or even hearing the whole conversation loud and clear. A bit overpriced for such facility. Not recommended.

There are several reasons why I rate this hotel 2 stars:|1. The wi-fi connection is super slow. It takes nearly half an hour to send a 2-minute video. Plus, I tried to log in my social media account. Despite my effort, I couldn't. |2. There was a cockroach on my bed, and it was the hugest cockroach I've ever seen.|3. Bed bugs|4. There weren't many foods in the breakfast meal. |(P/S: This is my own perspective about my stay in order to help improve the hotel's quality.)
