Very roomy, 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. Breakfast has same items both days. Elevators are quick to close so be prepared to jump in quickly if lot it will leave one of your family member behind.

Pros: The location is excellent. Very central in Dong Hoi. The views from the room were nice as we had a beautiful sunset over the mountains and city. The reception desk was welcoming and friendly and spoke decent enough English. They also checked us in one hour early than advertised. The beds were clean, far more comfortable than many of the firm beds we encountered in vietnam. Free wifi. Cons: There was no soap bar or extra toilet roll in the bathroom. The room mat was damp, hopefully from just being mopped.. The fridge smelled absolutely awful, of damp. Plus because power cut to the room when you removed the card, it included the fridge, so nothing was ever kept cold. The walls are thin and some doors if they are not shut properly beep for a really long time. The rooftop bar that is the first picture on booking.com does not exist. There arent even any chairs, just an empty concrete space. Pool is very small. The breakfast on booking.com is described as excellent but it is only Asian style and only okay. They also advertised a free airport shuttle but all they did was arrange us a taxi to the airport that we paid for. Finally, as we got into bed, there was a large cockroach that appeared on the ceiling. We killed it but still not acceptable. Feels like they spent all their budget on a plush lobby with chandeliers and ran out when they got to the roof. It was fine for the two nights we stayed in Dong Hoi, especially as the location was ideal for our plans. Definitely feel like booking.com oversold it, if I were to go again I would try a different hotel.

The room is pretty clean staffs are polite; breakfast area has no air conditioning during two out of three days while staying there. On the last night staying there, from midnight to early morning, the room smell cigarette very bad, I called the receptionist at mid night, but no one address the problem.

I pretty like how the hotel is located, right in the center of Quang Binh so its pretty good to travel around the city and enjoy the food. However, I didn’t have a good experience here. The service was not good, when we brought our luggage here the baggage porter didn’t even care, he was just scrooling tiktoks (at least the receptionist was enthusiastic). the skybar was unfinished even tho they still hang a sign telling it does and the pool was small compare to the space it has. The room was ok, but I can clearly notice some of the mold on the guide book here, the channel list was totally incorrected, for example I tried to turn on Cartoon Network for my little brother but it showed some kind of Vietnamese channel and a lot of the channel wasn’t available its like I was watching some kind of horror film at 12:00 am. In conclusion, if you want to have a place to take a rest for 1 day and explore Quang Binh, you can go here, but if you want to stay at Quang Binh to explore more, please everything but this one

A shame for a local 4 star hotel in Vietnam. It's far away from the comfortable standards of a 3 star hotel. Added with the unfriendly staff, closed swimming pool and bar is the result of my response! Never ever.

The room was huge and with a very comfortable bed. There are some great views from the hotel. The staff was very helpful too. Breakfast was good with a decent selection.

Allan, the manager is a great person who helped us not only discover Dong Hoi, Phong Na caves (incl sleep at caves) but also helped us throughout our entire stay in Vietnam via his local contacts. We kept in touch the entire time and he kept on being available for us, even though we'd already been at his hotel. A perfect example of someone who is proud of his country and who is happy to show it to tourists (haven't met anyone else in Vietnam who's hospitality is at this level). ||The hotel itself is great as well. The rooms are very big (maybe even too big for what you actually need). They're clean and the hotel is and also still seems new. Nice materials are being used. Breakfast is good with a lot of choice. Furthermore there's a nice rooftop with swimmingpool which gives you a wonderful view of the city. ||To conclude: highly recommended hotel in Dong Hoi. You'll definitely not regret staying here a couple of nights :)!!||Best, Sebastiaan & Nathalie - Belgium

This hotel is far away from international standards and a 4 star category. Dirty and old rooms, missing housekeeping and only an Asian breakfast in lower quality. ||The swimming pool was closed, also there's no restaurant or bar and no gym. Some information are a fake in the promotion and nearly a scam, because the hotel knows the truth.||Never again. For the price per night, there's many other hotels with higher standards and friendly, professional staff...
