  It's fairly nice and you can take a nice stroll along the river from here but most importantly it was really comfortable which is all we needed after a long day of travelling.

  The hotel needs be remodeled it’s old, flooring are worn out. The view is very good but not worth of $700,000 per night

  Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good on the weekend but come Monday very very not. Wifi, absolutely terrible. If you planning on working from your room, Forget it . Wifi cut in and out constantly. Bed very comfortable. As usual I had to clean the air con . Vietnam doesn’t seem to ever clean the filters in air cons.

  This hotel belongs to the group of Saigon Tourist, hence similar structure and decoration. The facility was nice, like other hotels in the group. Though I suspect they didn’t wash the bed sheets properly. The bed sheets in my room were quite stinky, and we had to ask to have them changed immediately. The food was boring, didn’t depict the unique taste of Quang Binh. The service at the hotel restaurant was very poor for a 4-star hotel. The spotlight during our stay there was the broken elevator. We got stuck in the elevator once, but luckily it got back to normal operation after a few minutes. The next day, another group of my colleagues got stuck between the 2 floors, so they had to climb outside. Probably they didn’t perform periodical maintenance for the elevator. The only reason I rated this hotel 3 stars is they had my favorite coffee in the room.

  This is one of the worst hotels me and my family have ever stayed at! As soon as we arrived at night no one came to greet us or help us. It's says a welcome drink when arrived but there was nothing. The staff was super unfriendly, and no one spoke any English it was very hard trying to get to our room. Due to getting in late we asked if the restaurant was open and they said yes but when we got there the lights were half off and no one was there to help or order anything. There was also the issue of nothing in the rooms working, the fridge was broken, the air con was broken which was stuck on 26 in the room which was way too hot, the safe did not work, half the lights didn't turn on and then in the morning there was no hot water in the shower. Plus most of the room looked dirty and smelled of smoke and stale air, even though there is 'no smoking signs inside' everywhere. I don't know if they just don't like westerners but this hotel just was very unwelcoming and disgusting. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

  The hotel and the staff were a lot less inviting then in the pictures and what was noted on their website. The staff looked as though they were too bored to serve. We went to the restaurant, the lights were all turned off and no one came to serve us, however when we asked the staff where to eat they pointed to the dark room. No staff welcomed us to the restaurant so we went somewhere else. The beds were rock hard, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. All of the amenities in our room didn’t work; the fridge, the safe, the hot water. The hotel smelt quite musty and old. None of the staff spoke English so trying to raise concerns about the safe not working was pointless. I have been to hotels before where they didn’t speak English, however this was more rude then anything else. Overall a horrible experience. Never going back again.

  Air conditioner is not well working. The room becomes very hot and can’t sleep. The hotel is 4 stars grade but don’t has razor. This hotel is only 3 stars as my opinion. |However you will have good view from here. You can see Nhat Le river and bridge. Especially, the view in night is amazing.

  Solid hotel, I walked to the old town area for dinner and took me 15 minutes. Friendly staff and ready to help.
