  The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Included breakfast was fine though not an extensive range possibly due to there being few guests. Convenient small supermarket next door.

  Nice hotel. The room was clean and reasonably priced for what you get. Didn't have the breakfast, but it was 150k pp. Location is near train station so handy for morning train. Staff have little English but enough to get what you need! TV's in room are big and modern with full wall to wall window with nice view.

  New modern hotel, very large modern clean rooms. Great views from the 10th floor. Decent pool, water not warm but that’s ok as it’s so hot here in April. Friendly staff. Ordinary breakfast but fine. A good place to stay when visiting the caves and just off the main street.

  Clean, modern hotel with rooms equivalent to a good western business hotel. Large, nicely appointed rooms, with strong air conditioning, well designed cabinets, and a spacious bathroom. ||A good Vietnamese style breakfast was included in their nicely decorated dining area on the second level. Lounge, swimming pool and gym on the main level next to the beautiful lobby. There’s an ATM next door at the end of the block which accepted our Canadian bank card. A great stay, highly recommended.

  The cleanliness of the property and the amenities provided were absolutely excellent and exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff was also very good throughout our stay. The only minor downsides were that the location is a bit too far away from the beach, and we noticed there was no option to include breakfast when booking via Trip.com. However, the sheer comfort and quality of the hotel itself made up for it. Highly recommended for families looking for a clean and modern place to stay

  Receptionists were very warm and they allowed us for early check in without any charges.||Hotel room was very good and clean. The view of the room was amazing. We got the room on 7th floor. The amenities and complementary items provided were very good.||Overall a pleasant stay.

  SAM QB is a corporate style hotel on the edge of downtown. I was using it as a base visit Phong Nha National Park. I got in late in the afternoon and noticed how quiet the hotel was. The front desk receptionist told me it was low season so not very full. They threw in breakfast with my room and when I went I was one of two people there. Breakfast was fine. The room was large and bed/bath comfortable. |As it is on the edge of downtown, there were not many dining or even mini-mart options for dinner. Fortunately I had a late lunch in the airport and some snacks I had purchased previously.||In sum, although SAM QB is a perfectly adequate hotel, probably best to book a hotel along the river or on the beach if you are traveling solo in off season.

  We thought the SAM Quang BIn Hotel was lovely. Our room on the 12th floor was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel also had a pool and spa which we were looking forward to using during our stay. The front of house manager Mai was extremely professional and helpful; she arranged an early checkin without charge for us which felt good after our journey. Once we had checked into the room it became clear that very loud building and drilling work was taking place during our stay which could be heard everywhere in the hotel, so Mai quickly arranged a refund as sadly we would not be able to rest and relax in the hotel as planned. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and was able to expedite the refund process even before we left the hotel. We were really impressed by her service skills and her genuine concern for our wellbeing. ||SAM Quang Bin is definitely one of the hotels we would recommend staying in if you are taking a stopover in Dong Hoi.
