  After eight nights so far, we are incredibly impressed with this resort. Located right on the beach, with a private pool villa. All amenities you could ask for. The cleaning is done daily to an exacting standard, and the staff are soo friendly. A special acknowledgment to Mr Sang and Mr Nam, the head and souls chef at the restaurant here, they go above and beyond, and the meals are very well presented with obvious care and professionalism. All the food and beverage staff have been exemplary in all aspects and make us feel so welcome and valued. Stay for a day, stay for a week, you won’t regret it.

  PERFECTION. 100% highly recommend, everything about this hotel was perfection. My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights whilst travelling through Vietnam. Their service was attentive, friendly and always happy to assist you. Our package with the hotel included transfer. We were contacted by Yen assisting us with our transfer, and organising for us to be picked up at the bus station. When we arrived at the hotel at 8am (check in was meant to be 3pm), Nhung assisted with getting us checked in and by 8.30am we were taken to our room. The room was stunning and luxury. The food at the restaurant was beautiful and full of flavour. We had both the buffet breakfast and dinner in the evening. There were lots of options for breakfast and it all tasted amazing. The evening meal was brilliant, and the food was perfect, although I do believe my fiancé and I messed up with ordering our food, as we did have lots of dishes coming out, which we hadn’t realised we had ordered. Overall our time at the resort was perfect, and that was down to the staff working at the resort. We will be returning.

  Had a great stay at Voco Quang Bình. The beach view is beautiful, food was delicious. Staff were outstanding—friendly and very considerate throughout my stay. They always made me feel welcome and were quick to assist whenever needed. It would be even better if the beach had sun loungers and shade umbrellas. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Quảng Bình. Looking forward to coming back!

  We recently celebrated my 40th birthday at VOCO Quang Binh with a group of 37 people over four days, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. A special mention must go to Jenny, who was instrumental in the success of the entire event. Coordinating a group of this size is no small feat, yet there wasn’t a single moment where we felt something had slipped through the cracks. Her leadership, calm presence and ability to anticipate what was needed set the tone for the incredible care shown by her entire team. The way the staff looked after us was clearly a reflection of her standards and genuine commitment to hospitality. VOCO is a beautiful new property. Like any new resort, there are a few things that will naturally continue to be refined over time, but what truly sets this place apart is its people. Every member of staff we interacted with was warm, competent and went above and beyond to ensure our group felt welcomed and cared for. The spa team deserves its own mention. Their knowledge, professionalism and skill were exceptional, and the daily treatments became one of the highlights of the trip for many of us. Perhaps the biggest testament is that all 37 guests in our group came away with the same impression: we felt looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to choose VOCO Quang Binh again for another celebration or event. Thank you, Jenny and the entire VOCO team, for helping create memories that we’ll cherish for a lifetime.

  We recently stayed here while celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Family and friends travelled from Australia, Canada, and India, and everyone was more than satisfied with the hospitality, service, and overall experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Jenny, who was an exceptional host throughout our stay. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that our group had a wonderful time. We also had a fantastic spa experience. Special recognition goes to Ms. Tham, Ms. Trang, and Ms. Ha, whose professionalism, skill, and caring nature made our spa treatments incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. They are a true asset to the team. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for such a special family celebration. Thank you to Jenny and the entire team for helping create wonderful memories for my sister’s milestone birthday. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

  Our anniversary stay at Voco Quang Binh was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the team took exceptional care of us and thoughtfully prepared everything to make our celebration special. Every detail was handled with genuine warmth and professionalism, which made us feel incredibly valued. A special thank you to Front Desk team members Lam and Chloe, Duty Manager Nhung, and Reservation agent Yen for their outstanding support and attention. There are also other team members but I cannot remember all. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we are grateful to the entire team for making our anniversary so meaningful. We would definitely love to return in the future.

  The resort staff appear to be insufficiently trained, and communication between team members is often inconsistent. There seems to be a lack of coordination, which affects the overall guest experience.The facilities are also disappointing for a newly built resort. Many areas already show signs of wear and poor workmanship, including visible cracks and unfinished details that make the property feel older than it is.The swimming pool is another concern. Some edges are quite sharp, making it less suitable and potentially unsafe for children. On a positive note, the breakfast is OKAY AND The dining experience overall is quite good, with well-prepared food and enjoyable meals throughout our stay.

However, there are a few areas for improvement. The surrounding area is still quite quiet, so entertainment options are limited if you want more activities outside the resort. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay rather than a lively, activity-filled vacation.
