  Friendly and effective laundry service. We dropped a big load of laundry off here without a reservation and collected it the following morning no problem. Pricing is by weight. Some of the family speak English and we supplemented with our translator app no problem. We'd been motorcycling in the rain for a week and our dirty clothes were sodden and reeking, but returned to us perfectly fresh and folded. A lifesaver!

  They were willing to pickup and drop-off in short notice. My travel clothes and other people's stuff were well cleaned.

  At this laundry there is a dog. It runs out of the house onto the road and barks at the customers. Is it their idea of treating customers with respect? I don't understand. The next time I came, there were even three dogs (the other ones were stray dogs, I presume). Picking my clothes was problematic as well. The man told me I could come any time the next day. I came at 12.30 pm: it was closed. The whole house was locked, and there was no-one. Not reliable and hence not recommended. On top of that, this laundry is very expensive: 30k dong per kg. Plus, they play on speaking improper English: when I was leaving my clothes, the man told me it was 13k. Then, when I came to pick them up, I saw on a wall that it was 30k.
