  The food was amazingly tasty and very reasonably priced. We had three large portions, and the total cost was 580k, which we thought was a great deal. However, the service was extremely poor—something we’ve never experienced before. At first, they refused to show us a menu and told us to choose directly from the live fish tanks. They also wouldn’t let us sit down before ordering. When we asked if we could sit first, they eventually agreed, but then took away some of the unused chairs at our table without asking. When I asked again for a menu, they brought it, but their attitude was very rude. Several young workers, probably around 13–15 years old, were extremely loud and unprofessional. They were chatting noisily, tossing lemon slices into the ice box, and drinking directly from the pitchers. There was also an older girl who wasn’t one of the kids, but her attitude wasn’t any better—she was quite rude too. We understand that we’re visitors and should try to speak the local language, but even then, basic courtesy like smiling or being polite should still be expected. Instead, they often glared at us, which made us very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible.

  This place should have an option to have minus stars, staff was so rude, I understand there is a language barrier but being refused service at 8:30pm when the place closes at 11pm is ridiculous.

  Not very inviting at all, could not get a table, it was empty and no one was interested in service, Huge let down!
