Right in the heart of the food, bar and other tourist activities. The place looks brand new and is modern. The room is large enough and very comfortable. Great shower and everything in the room is well laid out and works. The only negative for me was no mini fridge in the room. Otherwise perfect. Will Stat here again.

Loved it. Clean, quiet, lovely staff. Nice restaurants, cafés and river walk close by. Had separate kitchen for tea, coffee, cooking if needed. Local people really happy to see and converse with you, so sweet. Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am sharing my experience to help other travelers make informed decisions.||I booked at Lena Homestay & Villa at the end of December for a stay during a very high-demand holiday period (May 1 and May 2), several months in advance.||About one month before my arrival, I received contradictory messages from the property within a very short time frame (less than one hour). First, I was asked to complete a payment through an external link to “secure” the booking, which was not part of the original booking conditions. Shortly after, I was informed that the room was no longer available.||When I asked for clarification, I received different explanations (including technical issues and repairs). However, I noticed that availability still existed on other dates, and no mention of such issues appears in recent guest reviews.||Because I was unsure about the situation, I even suggested stopping by during my stay to better understand the issue. I was told that this would not be possible, which added to my concerns, especially since the problem described did not seem to directly affect the room itself.||I was then encouraged to cancel the reservation myself, which I declined, as I had booked in good faith several months in advance.||An alternative was proposed, but it was clearly not equivalent: it was a much smaller room in another hotel, at a significantly higher price, and I was asked to pay an additional balance.||Given the timing (a peak holiday period) and the sequence of events, this situation raises serious concerns about how bookings are handled during high-demand dates.||In the end, I had to urgently find alternative accommodation on my own in a nearly sold-out market.||I would strongly recommend future travelers to double-check their reservation directly with the property and to be cautious when booking during peak periods.
