  The room was small, but still spacious enough for a single person with two suitcases. The padded bench in front of the window was nice to chill with a tea (kettle is provided in the room). The bed was comfortable and smelled nice. The bathroom was big and the shower was hot and had good pressure. The window and door could be shut and had no gap, which was great for leaving the light on after dark (and a rarity for SEA). The room looked like it did in the pictures. There were no bugs or critters, the place was clean. Many eateries and cafes around. Easy 9 minute Grab to the city sights and 15 minutes to the beach. The staff and the family who owns the hotel were super nice and helpful, organised tours and transport without ever being pushy about it. The AC needs to be deep cleaned.

  I had an amazing one night stay at this hotel in Dong Hoi. For the prices, I didn’t expect the rooms to be so great. Really neat and cozy place and was very well maintained. The staff don’t understand much English but nevertheless are very polite and you can easily communicate using translation apps. I checked in 3 hours early and got a room without any hassle and extra charges. Must stay place if you are visiting Dong Hoi. It was easily accessible through grab cabs.

  Overall great choice! It is very clean, staff is friendly and they help you if you need to get a transfer to Phong Nha for example. This is one of the places that actually looks like the pictures they upload! We stayed one night. The location is okay, but it seems like not a lot is going on around it. Maybe that was just the time of the year. But Grab is cheap, so you can easily get anywhere. Totally recommend!

  Excellent place to stay, have to say that it is one of the best quality to price ratio in our whole month trip around Vietnam. The room was spotless clean, with all the amenities needed. The room was big, with comfortable bed and soft bedding. The bathroom had proper shower separated from the rest of bathroom. The staff was very kind and also helped us to organise bus to Phong Nha. Definitely worth to use when in Dong Hoi. The location is good, not far from the train station. The only drawback - I don’t know why, but after some time showering hot water was gone twice I used the shower. Not sure what was wrong with the boiler.

  Such kind people. We stayed there for one night. When our Nightbus cancelled on us they helped us find a new option, while always keeping a smile. Despite that the Room was amazing. It was clean, big and very comfy. Same was the bathroom. I can highly recommend to go to this Hotel if you stay in Dong Hoi.

  I stayed a night here as my train arrived quite late in the evening and I knew this was close to the station. Taxi was cheap and took five minutes. The hotel is immaculate, brand new. Rooms are perfect with a giant TV screen in front of the bed with YT and loads of other stuff. Bathroom very modern, with great overhead shower. I was very pleased with my choice and will try to return on my way back. Staff are very kind. It's a very obvious 5* place.

  The rooms and facilities were new and clean. This hotel offers good value for money. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and although I only stayed one night, I had a great stay.

  Excellent service! Rooms are super clean and modern. Prices are beyond reasonable. My friends forgot some items in their rooms and staff mailed them back to us! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this establishment!
