  You can tell the owner genuinely tries to create a comfortable environment, but there are several issues that need to be addressed. First, we were promised a 5% discount at the beginning, but when it came time to pay, they said the discount was no longer available — that’s not a good way to treat customers. Second, during the hair wash, the staff used their fingernails to scratch my scalp, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The blow-dry was also left incomplete — my hair was still damp when I left. Finally, the bathtub has a drainage design issue — once the water level gets too high, it overflows and floods the floor. This is a safety concern that really needs to be fixed. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. The effort is there, but the execution needs work.
