  I'm a foreign teacher working in Dong Hoi. My cheater company (Everest Smart Start) wasn't returning my TRC although it was my right to have my TRC with me. I went to the immigration department to complain about my company. Ms. Thanh Tam helped me a lot in dealing with my company. She called the so-called boss (the owner of the English center who can't even speak a word in English) right away. She helped me to solve my problems. I'm very happy with the services of this immigration department. My suggestion for everyone who is reading is not to get involved with the company called (Everest Smart Start) to avoid visiting the immigration department.
