  We had dinner here 4 times during our stay in Ha Long. Food, the view and service were just amazing. The bar offers a great view with firework on Friday and Saturday. The waiter called Thanh is very friendly and kind. Cocktail is offered 1+1 free from 5-7pm and Yen Tu cocktail was so good. Food was offered not only from this bar but also from their 2 other restaurants in the same building. Then you can have lots of good choices of food. We really enjoyed the service and had a great time here.

  We had a great time at On The Rock at Citadines, and Thành truly made the experience stand out. His service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful — always checking in at the right moments and making sure everything was just right. You can really feel his dedication to good hospitality. A small detail, but it made the whole experience much more memorable.

  This is simply the most wonderful night, and it’s not just about the amazing view. Honestly, I didn’t expect to find such an incredible bar and such fantastic mixologists here at first. Especially John the bartender—he has an extraordinary understanding of cocktails, and I highly, highly recommend trying their original cocktails here.

  Our first time in town. I have to say , coming from a big city like Toronto , I’m so impressed by this rooftop bar. The cocktails are excellent with a great happy hour. The food was great and decently priced. Our server Duc was super helpful with recommendations and the service was top notch.

  My friend and I had a wonderful time here today. The drinks were absolutely delicious and perfectly suited to our taste. The entire staff was attentive, but we were especially impressed by Viet, the bartender. He was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and his mixing skills are top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

  We had two dinners in a row at this place. Located at the top of the building, the view both day and night are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and they can call in extra staff from the two restaurants in the building if there are more customers. On top of the bar food, you can also order food from the restaurants downstairs, which gives you more choices. When we are there, they were restocking their wines, but still a wonderful experience!

  I recently visited On the Rock bar in Ha Long with my group and was truly impressed. The space is open and relaxing, with an amazing panoramic view over the bay — a perfect spot to watch the sunset. We also enjoyed a fantastic BBQ buffet with delicious food and great variety. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a place worth visiting!

  Beafsteak is so good! The view is significantly wow! Autumn season is the best enjoying the food outside with windy weather and chilling with good music ☺️ Had a great time with group of friends, foods and wine are great. Service is good and employees are happy to help
