  Thanks to the wonderful staff and their excellent bartending and service! We got know Vietnamese gin this evening which was wonderful. I tried the Hoku Japanese vodka as well, we loved everything about this place! We are staying at the Intercontinental and were sad we couldn’t enjoy Roku restaurant as it’s one of our favorite spots in London. The view is stunning as well as the beautiful Roku design! We will join you again tomorrow to try some more drinks.

  Great expression Great meal Hard to image there’s a such great Japanese restaurant in here . Looking forward to the next visit. A good restaurant always with a great service Min min is one of the sweetest employees in this restaurant also can speak Chinese and English. You must try.

  They have happy hour buy one get one, it doesn't specifically say but come for it. Trang noticed my gf was cold and brought her a blanket. The bartenders are very nice and some speak English better than others. The hotel service her is top notch amazing.

  Amazing views and equally amazing staff! The drinks are tasty, but expect American prices at an IMG property, but they are worth it!

  Roku & Star Bar is a newly opened outlet at InterContinental Halong Bay Resort. Very impressed by the creative cocktails and also quality of food in the set menu. Staff are also very well trained and enthusiastic, offering us amazing experiences. Look forward to more exciting development as the restaurant grows
