  My husband was admitted to bay chai hospital in ha long bay for suspect food poisoning when on holiday. Nurses and especially Dr Tran Thi Thu Hien was so gentle and patiently updating me on my husband's condition daily and language was not a barrier with her trying her best to communicate in English language and through the Google translate. The nurses are also very caring and making sure we understand the medication given. Appreciate the hospitality accorded. Also not forgetting the tour guides Ah yuan who suggested for us to receive treatment from the hospital and accompanied by Hwa Hwa Mandarin speaking tour guide and Siow Yi who is a Vietnamese and both were very helpful throughout the day of admission and making sure that I remember to eat when taking care of my husband. Every grateful to them and to the Dr and nurses as well 💕❤️

  I came here with a burn on my leg that I was worried was getting infected. I went to the emergency room on a Friday lunchtime and was seen straightaway, I had a prepared Google translation on my phone which I showed them and they sat me down straight away. One nurse saw me then went to get a doctor who spoke English, he quickly assessed the burn, and gave me a prescription for some antibiotics. This was free, I then literally just had to walk across the road to buy the items (about 300 VND). Very relieved and grateful they were able to see me so quickly and that it was free!

  I had a great stay at the international and required Services Department!! After a few days I already felt way better and I even had a private room. The best about the department is definitely the staff though!! I give special thanks for doctor Nhung, who was really patient all the time and seemed to be really knowledgeable!! I also want to give special thanks to nurse huong who took a lot of care of me and was there whenever I needed something and her English is quite good as well! In general the vibe in the whole department was really nice and of course I thank the rest of the team as well: chi, nguyet, Thuy, huy, yen, anh, hoa and head nurse ninh!

  Excellent hospital went to the emergency department after a motor bike accident and they got an English translator who explained everything to us

  very good medical care. I went in for food poisoning and they were just excellend in givong me the treatment efficiently. 10/10! and the staff is very kind and helpful all the times

  We are in holiday from NZ and I got really crook. Ended up here in the emergency room.the doctors and nurses were fantastic.quick service, friendly and attentive.

  Was admitted here after biking accident while on a cruise. Excellent emergency care from ER surgeons and inpatient nursing
