  Went there in December with my son and wife. The staff and the owner were so friendly and patient. My son was so happy playing with them. Drinks were great. We love the atmosphere there too!

  Starbucks at Vincom Plaza Hạ Long is a great little comfort stop if you’re craving something familiar while exploring the city. It’s modern, bright, and air-conditioned — a really welcome escape from the heat outside, especially after sightseeing or shopping. You’ll find all the usual Starbucks favourites, from iced coffees and Frappuccinos to pastries and light bites, made to the same reliable standard you’d expect anywhere in the world. There’s plenty of seating, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it ideal for a rest, catching up on messages, or planning your next stop. Perfectly located inside the mall and easy to reach from the cruise port, Starbucks Vincom Hạ Long is a handy, familiar break in the middle of your day. Although it is part of the mall, one door opens to the outside so you can visit Starbucks even when the mall is not yet open for the day. We loved the little Christmas display they had for photo opportunities - we have some lovely seasonal snaps of the kids from our Christmas in Asia.

  Noisy, table was not cleaned timely, staff is not really profesional in handling guest's inquiry, no cake and pastry

  Staff couldn’t understand what is Double shot coffee. I repeated 3 times and he just stand there and looked at me . I thought he understood but at the end. I got normal coffee without “double shot” Coffee taste horrible. Like water with coffee flavor. With the overpriced coffee, should have done better. Starbucks is international brand, at least staff should have understood basic English words about coffee

  Sauna not working and I come with a big group but seems the hotel not care to repair it 😕

  I went to the store early in the morning it was only three customers after almost 5 minutes and receiving no service I opted to try somewhere else. One of the girls serving the counter did point out do the person's taking the order that I wasn't getting served but for some strange reason they continue to wait on other people
