  100k for a day pass, was one of the only gyms i could find in the area. Was really good though, had a good atmosphere and nice new machines. Owner was friendly too, would recommend

  The gym is well-equipped and features unique machines for shoulders. Entry costs 100,000 dong, offering excellent value for money at 10/10.

  This is a meathead/bodybuilders dream gym. Its 100k for a day pass and well worth it. How it gets any less than 5 stars is beyond me. Its huge. Open. Tons of equipment. Mirrors. Legends all over the walls. This gym is made for people who really want to train and do better for themselves. 10/10

  Best equipped gym in Vietnam, that I have went to. Well priced at 100k dong. Doesn’t get better than this.

  You come, you pay 100k VND, you lift some iron. The bicep is growing. You pump it up. Simple economical transaction. No SuBsCriPtion required. Unthinkable in the West.

  Great drop in gym for the price (100,000), just opposite our hotel. Every piece of equipment you need including one free weight area, punch bags, sled push, dumbells, Kettlebells etc. TONNES of machines. Friendly receptionist, mix of men and women using it - I felt comfortable as a women anywhere in this gym. Cheap bottled water for sale. Great music. Highly recommend if you want somewhere with a bit of motivation to get you to work out in your stay at Halong!

  Fine for bro lifting but is missing the bread and butter of a good gym, I only saw 1 squat rack and 1 (small) deadlift platform, disappointing given the size of the gym. They have proper bars but only small 10kg plates, so when doing pulls you're doing deficit pulls which is just not what you want as standard, and you have to load a bunch on. No aircon though there are some fans, also no good place to get changed. Though only 100k for a day pass so can't expect too much.
