  Come here every 2 or 3 months but never seems to get bored of this place. Excellent view from the balcony (the beach). Breakfast is splendid, good service. I forgot my stuff at the hotel one time but luckily staff named Thu Thảo helped me to send it all way back to Hanoi where I live.

  Thanks for Jasmine who has supported me to arrange the very nice room. So good to work with her. Mr. Thưởng and Mr. Long are so friendly and supportive. Just one point is the construction is working 24/24 in front of hotel which is quite noisy.

  Stayed 2 nights in 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Checkin staff were friendly and explained about what hotel had to offer from restaurants to pools etc. Offered late check out which was handy as had 2pm transfer to haiphong. Bell boys collected luggage from car and bought it up to room. Check out was straight forward. Apartment was great . Bathroom easily largest one from any apartment stayed in . Nice view from balcony Bed was firm not something used to but still got decent sleep. Location is away from main area of harlong Small shop at front of complex and other food and drinks walking distance away. There is construction nearby which seemed go 24/7 but loud noises stopped around 10pm both nights. Would stay there again

  A real 5 star experience. Booked through booking.com for a very cheap price. Fully furnished apartments, clean and fresh. View from the room was incredible. Gym included on the 3rd floor. Amazing facilities and great location.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is fresh and relaxing, and the location is very convenient for getting around the city. What impressed me the most was the excellent service, especially from the receptionist named Lynn. She was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful throughout my stay. She assisted me with many things such as arranging laundry service, calling a taxi, and helping with anything else I needed. Her warm attitude really made my experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and I hope to come back again in the future.

  Great view great room, spacious and modern. The gym was fantastic, exceeded my expectation. I ordered room service for ox tail soup which was the best I have tasted so far. The only downside is the fridge was leaking water. Other than this everything elsewas working great.

  I recently had a wonderful stay at Citadines Marina Halong and truly enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a beautiful location with an amazing view overlooking the bay, especially relaxing during the evening. The room was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.||What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Lucas and John for their kindness and outstanding support during my stay — they made the experience even more memorable.||The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious food, and the swimming pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing and taking photos.||This hotel is a great choice for both couples and families. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Ha Long. Highly recommended!

  I can't say enough good things about this hotel other than it is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in in our life!!! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it is just such high quality we couldnt believe it! Probably the first time I have wrote a review while still staying at the hotel I am that impressed! Before we even stayed AnAn was so kind she let us move our booking as we had visa issues which from the start surprised me. Every single staff member is just above and beyond in kindness. I don't know how the manager has managed to put together such a great team. The play room is perfect for our child. The pool upstairs is from another planet. It's amazing. We would never expect something like this at the price point we payed. But then I guess it's that price for a reason as there is construction outside but that's not the hotels fault so you can't bash them for that and especially at the price point they are charging. They are doing there best with the hand they have been dealt. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in ha long. Just bring ear plugs so you can get a great sleep like I did. It's definitely worth the tradeoff!!! Oh another random note, the lifts are probably the best designed lifts we've seen too! No waiting, insanely fast! Kudos tho whoever did that, also the bathroom is stunning and also bigger than all but one of our rooms at home.A huge thank you to Mui too she is the loveliest lady and done an amazing job on our room every day!
