  i am currently here now (have 2 nights with a possible extension). it is off season so the town is quiet but dont let that deter you, i prefer to travel in these seasons as it is so much more personal. workers are way more attentive and arent spread so thin during hectic times. i have a super big and nice room. i feel a little guilty because its pretty fancy for such a simñle basic guy like me.

  Fantastic hotel! The staff are very helpful and kind! They helped us book a boat tour, always suggested good food spots, and did our laundry to a high standard! I would highly recommend this hotel!

  Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay, the staff at reception were so helpful with recommendations and helping us to book taxis and the ha long bay cruise etc. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and main shops, it is an ideal location. I would highly recommend for a stay in Ha long bay.

  The service is exceptional. Top-notch. The room was a 10/10. They offer all kinds of cruises, from the most luxurious to the most affordable. Room cleaning and water service are included. Large bathroom and huge bed. One of the best places to stay; we were grateful and delighted. Thank you to the reception staff and the doorman.

  Helpful staff stayed here before doing the halong cruise. Great value for money. rented motorbike off the hotel for half a day to explore and go out for dinner was only 130,000! Walking distance to the beach and valley nightclub! :)

  The staff at the Halong Essence hotel were incredible and really welcoming. They gave suggestions about restaurants and tours both of which were amazing experiences. The hotel is also within walking distance from the beach which is always great.

  Stayed here for one night prior to going on a cruise. Easy check in, staff were polite to us, upgraded us to a family room. Room was nice, clean & what we expected for the price we paid. Extremely reasonable pricing, working wifi, tv & air con, beds were comfy and complimentary tea & coffee. We wouldn’t expect more than that for the price. |Staff were pleasant, perfect for a short stay over.
