  We were a group of 9 staying at this hotel in January 2026. All us had great rooms with good views. Customer service was great and they offered large variety of food for breakfast buffet. We'll definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit.

  The hotel was certainly not 4 star as the travel agent indicated, it was more like 2 star. The rooms were very outdated with no maintenance done for a long time. The breakfast was absolute discusting. Even my wife complained about it. The lift was always busy or not working. It took 30 mins to get from the 11th floor. We certainly won't be going back and Viet travel will be informed of our dissatisfaction. The only positive thing was the staff were very friendly and helpful.

  I have good time staying at the hotel during my business trip. The hotel have great view to Halong Bay, nice staff and food. The bathroom is spaces, clean with bathtub. The bed is comfort. It's good choice with reasonable rate for my trip.

  We were excited for this hotel and we were very disappointed. Communal areas were not at all as advertised, breakfast was poor and definitely not a 4 star hotel. The only thing that was similar to the photos were the rooms. However even then, they were run down and had wallpaper peeling off the walls. On a positive, it is basic and good for a stop over but if you’re looking at staying in halong bay definitely book somewhere else.

  Inspite of language problem, the staff was very helpful and sweet. Veg food was decent and they helped us with all our dietary needs.Hotel room was very well maintained and furnished. |Good hotel for 1 night stay in Halong with good location of main road.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

  Excellence verrything isvery good.|Phuang & hop good serving. And delicious food. The place was comfortable and especially with the foods were very good and delicious. For all, the workers/waitress were always smiling and very approachable. Would like to comeback here again. Very thankful with the services. ^^|-Phuong FB and Hop also other employees here were very good and kind ^^

  Good service and nice room, still noisy but it is acceptable. Centre location and convenience for shopping, restaurant....
