  This is a 5 stars hotel But= I give this hotel 2 stars ONLY Simple I asked by phone the previous day from my room a wake up call at 0500 AM Morning But= the next day= nobody called Later on, before 0600 AM I asked reception for a bellboy to take down my luggage at 0800 AM But No one came At 0802 AM I called reception to remind them= ONLY at 0809 AM a bellboy came At 0558 AM me & my wife came to reception asking when can we go for breakfast Receptionist replied " you can go NOW " Me and my wife took elevator to 5th floor for breakfast 5th floor= total darkness No lights It's 0600 AM Time for breakfast No lights in corridor of 5 floor We walked in the dark to breakfast restaurant door We opened door NOBODY inside It's 0601 AM Breakfast time NOBODY inside Food not ready on counters Then came 2 girls Hotel employees Started distribution of food on counters No one asked us like in any other hotel what is our room number To verify if we eligible for breakfast One girl= hotel employee= told us we can start taking our breakfast What breakfast ? I saw on a counter French fries with ketchup What ? This 5 stars hotel serves French fries for breakfast ? Or It's last night dinner ? Mixed together with coming breakfast ? I saw something to pick up for my dish But= No forceps I told one girl waitress" No forceps " How to take to my plate ? She told me to wait for them to distribute forceps Me and my wife were waiting Then, I started collecting food to my plate= No fried Bacon No choice of cheese ONLY one kind of yellow chees No white or other cheese No Olives. NOT black NOT green either No choice of sausages or Hot dog No yoghurt ONLY 2 kinds of juice I tried the watermelon MORE water than melon Napkins are from paper NOT cloth Napkins This is NOT the 5 stars level we got used in other hotels in HALONG BAY. Sorry Impossible for me to give 5 stars to this hotel This hotel may NOT fit for foreign tourists who come to HALONG BAY 2 stars I give this hotel based on what I saw last 24 hours Vietnam 31 December 2025

  Ordered and paid for a room in advance via booking.com Got to the hotel they requested 1 million deposit in cash ... was told this was a bond to my room so I agreed. When we went to leave they charged again in cash even though I had proof of my booking and confirmed via upon arrival! SCAMMING PEOPLE. The booking was made under my name viq booking.com for 2 people. They refused to give receipt until I demanded they give me a copy and on the receipt they have taken my name off and put the second person on under booking.com. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL CHAIN! I BOOKED IN DA NANG LOCATION AND ALSO HAD ISSUES. THIS IS OFF SEASON BUT YOU SHOULDNT SCAM YOUR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE KEPT ALL THE RECEIPTS AND HAVE A OPEN CASE WITH BOOKING.COM NOW! PLEASE NOT THIS IS NOT BOOKING.COM PROBLEM THIS IS THE HOTEL SCAMMING AUSTRALIANS / TOURISTS. P.s keep in mind when I called them out on it their English seemed to disappear and they didnt know anything hahahaha 😆 I would post the receipts but there is personal information on there. Added note the hotel are now not responding to me requesting the original invoice! Keep that in mind people :) iv added the screenshot Also take note the people giving 5star reviews are locals with no history of reviewing other places..... probably staff CHEERS FOR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IV EVER HAD AT A HOTEL REPLY TO THE AUTO RESPONSE FROM HOTEL...... thank you for your copy and paste AUTO response. What measures have you taken? Did you fire the staff who are stealing and scamming your customers? I still have not received a response to the emails I sent nor have you offered a refund even though I have all the documents/ receipts to prove your staff are dishonest. Shame because I stayed in Da Nang muong thanh with no issues but unfortunately now I will never recommend or use your company again. This cashier needs to be fired for theft

  Despite positioning itself as a 5 star hotel, it lacks in all the worst way possible. 1. Rooms are not clean at all. Hair and dust remain. 2. Soundproofing is bad - every night you could hear the disco from the beach till 2am. Doesnt help if you're a light sleeper. 3. Aircon doesn't work - 25 is too hot and stuffy while 24 is too cold. 4. Check in and check out took 1 hour. The receptionist refused to provide an invoice despite having paid at hotel. 5. The breakfast buffet was lukewarm. Food basically repeats. 6. Gym is non-functional at all. 7. Spa/massage is a scam - even attempted to offer dirty massage when no one asked for it. Refused refund. All in all, avoid this place at all cost.

  I had a wonderful vacation here. The location is perfect, right in the center and very close to Sun World, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. A huge thanks to "Hải" at the front desk. He was incredibly fast, professional, and attentive to every detail. His proactive service made my trip much more enjoyable and complete. Highly recommended!

  The best place to stay in Halong Bay. Location is nice far from noisy streets. So relaxing place, rooms are so spacious and clean. They have nice amenities too, great value fir it's price with free breakfast. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommended. Staff are so nice as well.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Trà at the front desk for being so welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. 5-star service indeed! We will definitely be back

  We stayed one night and it was a nice seamless experience. The reception was very friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and everything worked well. Pool was very clean, and lastly, the breakfast buffet was very good.
