  Staying at The Yacht Hotel by DC was an experience that blended comfort, style, and genuinely warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards. 🛏️ Rooms & Housekeeping The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and designed with a modern yet relaxing aesthetic. Everything felt thoughtfully curated from the décor to the layout, creating a space that was both luxurious and comfortable. It was also spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team deserves a full 10/10. They maintained the room impeccably throughout our stay, with attention to detail that really stood out. Thank you. 🍸 Service & Staff Overall service across the hotel was consistently excellent, but a special mention must go to Trung at the hotel bar. His service was the perfect balance of professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel looked after every time we visited, and he’s truly an asset to the hotel. Staff like him elevate the entire guest experience, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the way he represents the hotel. 🎶 Noise from Nearby Beach Bar/Club The only downside, and it’s worth noting for light sleepers, is the noise from the nearby Beach Bar/Club. It operates independently from the hotel, but its music can be loud, running from around 7pm to 2am. The hotel acknowledges this by providing earplugs, which helps, but the sound can still be heard from inside the room. 🌟 Overall Recommendation Despite the noise issue, I’d still highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The quality of the rooms, the exceptional cleanliness, and the standout service, especially from Trung, make it a wonderful place to stay.

  The room features an extra-large bed is 2 queen-size beds combined, but seamlessly joined so you won’t notice any gap between. The bed and blankets are very spacious, making it extremely comfortable to sleep in. The room itself is spotless and cozy. The air-con works perfectly, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean throughout my 2 night stay. The breakfast is excellent, the bread selection really stood out, and every type I tried was impressive. The juices are fresh (not diluted), and they also offer soy milk. It’s also very convenient to get around, as booking Grab rides is easy from the hotel. The staff are warm and attentive. A special mention to Chi, who kindly asked about my itinerary and even helped communicate with my driver. This is honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam.

  Booked with no expectations. End up was pleasantly surprised with the standard, cleanliness and spaciousness of the room with balcony. I booked exec king. Advise to go during mon-thu for cheaper rate and less crowd. Facilities was great with pool table, gym, spa, sauna, jacuzzi but swimming pool was really small and at level 3, more of a photo taking pool than a lap pool. Sauna and jacuzzi are in the spa room so have to enter. Lobby looks really posh and view from balcony can see the fireworks.check in and check out was also fuss free and easy.location was more towards the top so have to walk down to beach or other areas.

  Stayed here during my trip and overall had a really good experience. The rooms are on a very high level — spacious, comfortable, modern, and full of nice little features that made the stay feel premium. Everything in the hotel feels very new and well maintained. The location is a bit unusual though. The whole area around the hotel looks newly developed, but also quite empty and quiet. Most attractions, restaurants, and busier areas are around a 15-minute drive away, so that’s something to consider. As a vegan, food options were a bit limited for me. However, I especially want to mention Hien, the bartender at Boong Pool Bar. She was incredibly kind and genuinely tried to help me find something suitable to eat by coordinating with the kitchen. That level of effort and service really stood out and made a difference for me. The pool club and swimming pool are very nice and feel luxurious, the gym is more than enough for a hotel gym, and everything is modern and clean. Having a sauna and jacuzzi included was also a great bonus. One thing I appreciated is that the hotel provides quite a lot of facilities and services on-site, which is important considering the distance from the city center and how quiet the surrounding area currently is.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Yacht Hotel. The room as beautiful, spacious and spotless. It is quite possibly the largest bed I have ever slept in and just soft enough for a great nights sleep.||The location is a little away from the port, but a very easy and inexpensive Grab ride takes care of that.||The service is a highlight. One of our friends misplaced an item and after trying to retrace her steps was unable to find it. The staff searched the hotel security footage, found the item and returned it in no time at all. Also, we were leaving early the next morning. Our friends had breakfast included and the hotel had packed some goodies for them for the journey. We didn't have breakfast included, but the hotel also packed the same goodies for us. It was such a lovely unexpected treat that we really appreciated. This is what five star service is all about!.||I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and would gladly stay there again if in Ha Long Bay.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Yatch Hotel by DC for our anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, making it the perfect place to celebrate such an important occasion.||What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm and attentive, but Tung deserves a special mention. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and memorable, always greeting us with genuine care and making us feel truly valued. His attention to detail and kindness added a very personal touch to our trip.||The room was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel, combined with the outstanding hospitality, made it a place we would happily return to.||Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so special—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
