  Fast and reliable. We washed 10kg of clothes (price: 400k vdn) and they were ready in 5 hours. We arrived with all our big backpacks and the owners very kindly offered to let us leave our bags here, so that we could explore the city better. It was very much appreciated!

  Really recommend this place if you need your clothes done. We left 2 big bags of clothes in and they were cleaned, dryed and folded within 5 hours. Everyone is super friendly too!

  I received a recommendation from a fellow expat at the hotel for this laundry service so I felt comfortable trying them out sight unseen. I messaged through WhatsApp and 5 minutes later, someone was at my hotel to pick up our laundry. That was at 2:00pm. Less than 4 hours later, I received a text, with a photo of my laundry on a scale, informing me that if I was available, my clothes were ready for delivery. Literally, 5 minutes later, my clothes were in my hand- still warm from the dryer. Everything was folded neatly & smelled clean, but not heavily scented. I am grateful for the recommendation and the wonderful service. I will be using them several more times before I leave Ha Long Bay.

  The best laundry in the Ha Long for sure. Next time i will use again 100 percent. Decent prices, good quality of service! The guy came to my hotel, took clothes and after all brought everything back carefully folded. ❤️ thank you!:)

  4 hour turnover for 3kg of washing for 200k vnd. Amazingly folded. Amazing and highly recommend

  Service was impeccable. Communication was smooth through Google Translate. Our laundry was picked up and delivered to the hotel. Reasonable price. I was at the hotel much later than planned due to a medical emergency and they were very understanding and patient. Highly recommend!

  Washing cleaned, dried, neatly folded & even dropped off to my hotel within 6 hours! 40k per kg for that service I think is very reasonable. Thank you!

  Super pleased with their services! Efficient, friendly and definitely cheaper than your hotel. You can even get the clean clothes delivered straight to your nearby accommodation. We’ve used them throughout our stay in Ha Long.
