  We traveled to Ha Long Bay and stayed at a resort, while trying to look for a laundry services that isn't too expensive. I found this place on Google, and contacted them. The staffs were super welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic when consulting us about the details on pricing, timing and type of services. Comparing to the resorts / hotels, the pricing was way more affordable. The services was also quick and conscientious. Notes: (1) For easier communication, download the Zalo app and make sure you allow stranger's calls and messages. (2) Ask them about rush services, there will be an extra fee, but still more affordable than most hotels / resorts. (3) We only used their services for our normal / casual clothes cause we didn't want to worry about the potential of having to deal with delicate clothes being shrunk or ruin. For more delicate wash, I'd suggest sticking with the more expensive hotels / resorts services to avoid headaches later. (4) Make sure to tell them if you want to keep your laundry bag / not to throw your bag away.

  Thật sự dịch vụ không ok chút nào! Gửi đồ giặt bằng túi vải nhưng khi nhận lại trả lời rằng túi đã bỏ sọt rác! Hẹn trưa 11-12h đến nhận đồ(có thanh toán phí ship) nhưng không đến được cũng không gọi báo giúp đến 19h mới gọi đt đến lấy đồ. Thái độ bạn nữ nhận điện thoại cực kỳ khó chịu khi mình hỏi! Ngta giặt trả tiền mà thái độ quát vào mặt như ngta xin nhờ giặt hộ ấy. Một lần trải nghiệm và k bao giờ quay lại với dịch vụ này nữa! Cực kỳ tệ hại.
