Super-friendly & helpful. My 1st day in Ha Long, I told her the kind of exploring I wanted to do the next 3 weeks, and she hooked me up with the perfect bicycle, helmet & lock - plus some recommendations. Fantastic value 👍

The bike they gave me broke down whilst I was riding towards Cam Pha which is only 35min ride from ha long. Then there was a confusion about money which led to an argument with the company and they owner became quite aggressive when I was telling him to calm down. Would never recommend you use this company not worth your time and money
