  Excellent supermarket for visitors to use for any essentials when on a longer stay. Great range and great prices. Baguettes, fruit, snacks, beers, wines, meats and daily essentials like soaps, shampoo, toothpaste and the like. Well recommended if you're staying and need to avoid the hotel prices and mark-ups.

  This hidden gem is worth the look. Called vicom mall and inside is the go! Up stairs. Out side across the road is picture worthy. Right next door is the seafood market well worth a look and if u want something fresh. The trip tp get here is also interesting going over the bridge.

  BigC supermarket to get groceries, food. Only Jollibee and Lotte fast food restaurants. Food court stalls are closed down.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at GO! Ha Long Supermarket. The cashier at counter No. 11 had a very rude and unpleasant attitudes. The staff member had a sour face the entire time, clearly showing irritation and disrespect while serving customers. It felt like we were bothering them just by standing at the counter to pay. What makes this even more unacceptable is that my purchase was not a small amount at all. As you can see from the receipt, the total bill was over 3,235,720 VND, yet the service I received was cold, rude, and completely unprofessional. When customers spend this amount of money, the least they deserve is basic courtesy and respect. Instead, the staff behaved with obvious annoyance and poor manners. This kind of attitude reflects very badly on the management and the training standards of the supermarket. Honestly, this experience made it feel like throwing money into a place that simply does not deserve it. ⚠️ Because of this, I strongly do not recommend shopping at GO! Ha Long if you expect even a minimal level of customer service. Customers deserve better than this.
