  A wonderful place to live. There is a fully equipped GYM room costing 50,000 VND / time (= 2 $). I am on the 14th floor towards Ha Long Bay. The morning scenery is great

  Green Bay Garden in Hạ Long offers a peaceful living environment with modern facilities and well-maintained surroundings. The apartments are clean, secure, and come with beautiful views of the bay or city skyline. There’s a nice mix of residents, including families and long-term expats. The building features a gym, garden areas, and convenient retail stores on the ground floor. Though the location is a bit far from the city center and nightlife, it’s ideal for those seeking quiet and comfort. Public transportation and ride-hailing services are available, making it manageable to get around.

  It is a very nice condo. Although I don't know if it is the best location in Ha Long because it is far from the city.

  Pros: Price is okay; spacious enough for one person; pharmacy and shops on the first floor; very close to the beach; gym and swimming pool nearby. Cons: The decor is sloppy; long elevator wait times when crowded; the utility bills are a bit startling when they're handed to you from the door gate, making you think someone has walked in.

  Actually this place is a residential building, it’s not professional place like hotel, motel or resort. However, it is suitable for budget trip / stay. The tourists will stay in the same building with permanent residents. There is a small market behind the building that’s quite convenient for self cooking. There’s various choices such as seafood, meat, fruit and vegetables. A good point is there is abundance of free car parking nearby. From here to the center of Ha Long city, it takes about 10’ by motorcycle (5km). You can rent a motorcycle at the price of about USD 5.0-USD 6.0 per day (without gasoline).

  Because it is an apartment type, the management status varies depending on the landlord. The management company that manages the apartment needs to take good care of the lifts and lobby sofas. It's so dirty. The location is far from the center, so you have to take a taxi.

  The absolute worst customer service and scam scheme I’ve ever seen. We did not book with the actual hotel, but rather a homestay a couple of kilometers from there, but still got put up here. No less than 3 places we contacted changed our reservation to here. After moving in and sleeping the first night we got informed we couldn’t stay unless we cancelled the online reservations and therefore just made it a cash in hand situation, the night before they had suggested it via text, saying it would make it cheaper for us, but we were happy to pay the very small difference to have the security of an online booking. This turned out to all be because they refused to pay the fees to booking.com. When we refused to do so, they proceeded to argue with us over text for an hour, even though we made it very clear that we either needed to keep our online reservation or get refunded and move out. They then cancelled our reservation, and tried to convince us to stay anyway. We then spend another half hour fighting over text for our refund, and when we finally got it, we didn’t even have a chance to pick up our bags from the floor before the cleaners burst in and moved our stuff around. On top of that, the bed was harder than a rock, and the aircondition was only either full blast and freezing, or off. They also tried to give us dirty towels curled up in the cabinet, when we asked for more seeing as we were only given one.
