  What a nice experience with great local cuisine as well as western cuisine. Thanks Minh for his wonderful service! The crab and beef fried rice’s were delicious! Also the seafood salad freshly made.We had 3 breakfasts also in the restaurant. All of the staff at breakfast and dinner were very helpful and friendly! Thanks to the great management of this restaurant and hotel!

  Our family has enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food quality is at high standard and offers wide selections, satisfying appetite for both Eastern and Western flavors. Staff are very well trained and enthusiastic, especially Ms Nhu who has offered us great assistance during our meal there. We are very satisfied with our experiences at the restaurant and would definitely recommend it to other guests.

  Marina Kitchen is one of the restaurants inside the Intercontinental hotel complex that has a view of the beach with the Ha Long Bay karst mountains in the background. We had lunch, dinner and several breakfast sessions there. All the staff are amazingly friendly and super helpful but Kieu Mai stood out, for example always organising gluten free bread for me without me asking. The menu is a mix of traditional Vietnamese and western foods and all items are clearly marked for food intolerances. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Vietnamese food, fruits, yoghurt, etc. Definitely recommended.

  The service from all the staff is exemplary. They cannot do enough for their guests- the breakfast set up is first class with many food options. Chef Henry made an appearance every day to check on us, which was heartwarming, his engagement and genuine interest in our stay and dining experience was very much appreciated.

  Amazing location, very impressive design… Wonderful dinning atmosphere… but one of the worst steak I ever had in my life. May be I was just unlucky and got fake imported beef 🤣 My daughter loves steak but she couldn’t shew it and spit it back on my plate. The service was super but the staff still missed little details which was annoying, they gave us 2 baskets with pre-dish baguettes which was too less per headcount. My Mom did the typical Vietnamese things and asked if they needed to save money on bread 🤣 We got plenty afterwards. You want location, come here and enjoy. You want good food, go somewhere else.
