  My wife and I came to Soul Bowl for the first time this evening and were immediately impressed by the ambiance of the restaurant. Our waitress, Thu, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better. The food was outstanding. My wife had the oxtail soup, and I ordered the Pad Thai noodles. Both dishes were superb. We truly loved our experience here and can’t wait to return tomorrow! Five stars!

  An excellent experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, with beautifully presented dishes full of flavor. I ordered the calamari, which were perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty, and for dessert I had the stracciatella, which was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The service was impeccable—the staff were attentive, friendly, and always mindful of every detail. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for both a relaxed meal or a special occasion. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Lan, whose professionalism and care truly made the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

  The best restaurant in Ha Long for foreigners, the menu offers you a great combination of eastern and western food. A wide variety of ingredients, taste and healthy food. The juices are 100% organic. I had try many restaurants in ha long and this is my favorite 😍 ofc they charge you a 5% service fee, but it’s totally deserved, the personal is very kind, attentive and they are all bilingual. Don’t hesitate, just come and try it yourself! 💚

  We had dinner at Soul Bowl in Citadines Marina last night, and the food there was so delicious!! We ordered Bee’s Knees for our drink, and the peach tea and mango combination was simply amazing. We also ordered XO fried rice and also pad thai as well as a spaghetti from the Sandals restaurant next door. All of the dishes were really great, and it was overall a great experience!

  The dining experience is wonderful! The dishes well blended with all the South-Eastern Asian flavor. Our whole family love it so much! Highly recommended for anyone who come to halong!

  It is very unusual to have a restaurant that offer a wide range of cuisines, ranging from western style (Spanish, Australian, Italian, American...) to southeastern asian style (malay, Japanese, Thai, Singaporean, Chinese...). I cannot say that they are all authentic, but they are all yummy. The staff are polite and knowledgeable of their food, a big plus.

  We ate here twice - once for lunch and once for dinner. Food was nice - a big menu so lots of choice both western and vietnamese. Really friendly staff, they recommended lots of dishes.

  First food in Ha long bay so can’t compare to other places but the food was nice and good portions. Bit pricer than all other meals we have had in Vietnam so far. Service was amazing, staff so welcoming and attentive, Thuong really helped us and other waitress was also very friendly. Had pad Thai, egg noodle dish and fried beef buns.
