  The Bay was a small and very cozy apartment with very beautifully designed-decorated rooms around a small cute courtyard. Its minimal environment was enriched by perfect details such as stairs and balconies becoming a green public garden with ivies, or the kitchen with all the complete wares for cooking, keeping and sharing food and drinks. smooth colours and well-chosen paintings on the walls create a nice and warm atmosphere where everything was very clean and well maintained. The Location was on the other side of the center of Ha Long. in Bai Chay, where there is a more local and scaled relationality rather than huge same buildings, homestay is very close for an easily reaching neighborhood life. And Tung, the host was very helpful about giving tips for visiting places, food and transportation around both the bay and the neighborhood. We had a motorbike rental and travel around easily. So, it became a very good stay enriching its price which we can highly recommend.

  They does provide fluffy bed but this hard bed good for you. You can refill your water. Location quite inside small road. Nearby mini market store and another restaurant by walk some meter. Quite clammy atmosphere.

  The room was very clean and decorated tastefully. It was a very good price for a nice room in a central area! The owner was lovely and sent lots of suggestions for activities, places to visit and restaurants to eat in.

  We very much enjoyed our stay! Rooms are beautiful and the decoration lovely surrounded by nice plants. Good location too. Service is great and you can easily have tours and transport booked without trouble!

  The Bay is located In a great location to walk to any nearby attractions and great local food. the courtyard is very cute and surprisingly quiet and serene, considering it is off a Main Street for restaurants. Tung was exceptionally helpful by helping me book tours last minute and navigate transport to my next city, also offering many recommendations that were easy to follow for local food and fun things to do.

  A good little place to stay in Ha Long. Comfy room and everything works. Very good location.

  The room is clean and we love the location but the mattress is to hard, also the hot water didn't work well. It's good for a quick stop in Halong city before taking the tour, the manager Mr.Thung is really informative about the tour in Halong Bay.

  Lovely, little homestay off of Vuon Dao st, short walk to Bai Chay beach and Sunworld. Rooms facing inner courtyard, nicely decorated. Tung, the manager is super, made you feel at home, will help you with tour or anything needed.
