  I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, and the staff. I really enjoyed my Seaview room. It has a balcony and nice windows. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. It’s in a great location to walk to town to the market and enjoy a stroll along the coastline with its beautiful karst mountain formations. But the true treasure of this hotel is its staff. They are so kind and helpful.

  Great hotel and good location. It is located between the real vietnamese city and tourist city. Everything was pretty clean ! Our room had a problem with the door so they upgraded us. It was kind from them ! We went there in low season so everything was closed but we rented a motorbike so we went to the Vietamese city and around it. If you don’t like the cities made for tourist, don’t go there because there are to much hotel and western restaurant ! The bay is beautiful but if we knew, we wouldn’t go there…

  We stayed for almost a week at this very new and modern hotel. We stayed in a suite which had a little living area so it was spacious. The extra money spent for the extra room was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows very nice. The shower had great pressure and water nice and hot. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us choose and book up our day cruise on the bay, massages, find places with good food, transportation to the airport and even found us rides to our massages. The breakfast had a variety of options and cooked to order. There were a few staff members who spoke English perfectly so that was very helpful too. We would definitely recommend staying here and would return if ever back in Halong Bay.

  had a great time staying in confetti. arriving halong, we stayed here overnight prior to taking an overnight halong bay cruise. after which, we came back for another overnight stay before leaving for hanoi. mai, was very accommodating and helpful as she made sure that we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. providing us with details on where banks, restaurants and things to do around halong. we were upgraded to a room large enough for three people. room and bed were comfortable and clean. we had breakfast at the hotel lobby which was very affordable and filling. an awesome hotel with friendly staff.

  We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. They recommend places for us to eat, drink, and get coffee. It is about a 15 minute walk to the closest bars/restaurants, but the hotel staff called us cabs that came quickly when we needed them. The room was fine, but pretty small. They kept our passports at the front desk until we checked out - this was the only place in Vietnam that did this on our trip. The breakfast was alright. Overall it met our needs and was a great value.

  My son and I recently spent two nights at this hotel. Couldn't fault anything about it. Lovely modern clean hotel, very comfortable room, right on the front with nice views over Halong Bay. Small balcony but big enough to enjoy the view. Very new area still with many unoccupied new buildings. You can take a walk along the front to a huge shopping mall about one kilometre away or easy enough to get a taxi which the helpful hotel staff will arrange for you, or get a Grab yourself. Good bar restaurant not far away called the Wander Station. Not a lot else around but easy to get to other locations of Halong Bay, ie Big Wheel, cable car and night markets. As far as I know, there is no beach near this hotel, just a bay for boating and cruises, no sand as far as we could see. But believe there is a beach in another location.of Halong Bay

  We stayed 3 nights at the Confetti at the end of November, and were really happy with our stay. The hotel is located on the residential side of the bridge away from the tourist areas, so it very quiet, but it is right on the sea front of Ha Long Bay. The area is undergoing development. ||Some dual aspect rooms have terrific views. Staff at reception were very friendly and professional, and spoke good English. We'd initially booked a twin room with balcony, but when we arrived it was extremely small for two people with lots of luggage. For an extra £5 per night we upgraded to be much more spacious room, with larger shower room, safe etc. Definitely worth the money. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning quiet and effective. ||Breakfast was interesting. We had the Western breakfast, but whilst perfectly acceptable, was a little limited and didn't quite hit the mark. I can thoroughly recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice, which was available from the bar, but not included. We were perfectly happy though, and value for money the Confetti is hard to beat. We would certainly book again if we return to Ha Long.

  The Hotel was clean and had a very comfortable feeling to it. I felt at home right away.||Staff is always eager to help witj anything.||Breakfast buffet was good - however on the second day there was a la carte breakfast which could be better/ more choice.||Many people complain about the location.however you come to Vietnam to hang out in tourist areas and you wont get to see the real Vietnam. This Hotel is located on the other side of the bridge in Hon Gai, which is not the main tourisy area. However people on this side of Halong are still friendly and smile at you and kids say "hello" wherever you go. There are many dining options where you try local food at local price and the area is new and clean and safe.||The staff recommended a restaurant which is owned by the Manager. Wander Station it was really good and tasty and there were tourists and locals hanging out.chill atmosphere.||Anyway the Other good part is that you have the beautiful mountains/cliffs at your doorstep and you can go along the water for a walk and see them....unlike in the touristy area. You can also go see the fish market early before sunrise and watch how elderly people excercise near convention center -they finish around sunrise. Its a super chill place to stay. They also had free bikes and we cycled around the bay area.beautiful !||Especially Sultan from front desk was super helpful,but everybody was. I wished I had stayed longer !!!
