  I stayed one night here in a double-bed room. It was clean and quite big. The location is really good. The staff was friendly. Would recommend

  This is the best three star hotel I have ever been to, the hospitality is so good the staffs are very kind and soft spoken, the owner is so friendly and helpful, the services they offer for the price us so good, overall an amazing experience I highly recommend.

  Everything was perfect , good staff , room was spacious and clean . All the necessary things were is placed . staff with good communication skill , also helped me planning my ha long bay trip and that to it was on reasonable price . Beakfast on room is also available .

  The staff were friendly and made an effort to communicate with me despite their limited English. Breakfast was an interesting experience, but it was served each morning with a smile. The food was a bit cold though. The rooms were clean, air-conned and spacious with daily room service. It was close to local restaurants and a theme park. I will stay there again.

  It is a nice hotel with a restaurant on the top floor. Not too pricey and good if you just want to get some rest. The drain was blocked in my room when I got here, but I fixed it myself. The service is good, very friendly people. It is close to Sun World, so to me it is a good location. GPS takes you straight to the hotel😁😁😁

  The room was large, clean and comfortable, it had no safe though. The bathroom was smelly and not really clean at all. For instance, the water did not drain unless the grid of the drainage was lifted manually - which was totally covered in hairs from previous customers. Also the staff was friendly, yet did not speak a single word English, which made it complicated on check-out since they did not charge us the right room and the credit card reader did not work. Wifi was fast and stable, breakfast was average.

  Unfriendly staff, the window in our room was broken and we had to ask for different room, wifi not so strong. Breakfast was great. For the price I wouldn’t recommend it.

  I did have a terrible time during the booking process. I book it through Agoda first then i try to call them to confirm, after that they ask my confirmation codes, they ask me to call back and CANCEL my booking through Agoda because it's cheaper than what they asking when i try to call to confirmation.
