  I came here whilst looking for a place for a mani-pedi. (It says nail on the sign) Anyway, they don’t do nails but they do in fact do a very good massage. Would recommend going here instead of the usual tourist traps.

  Excellent service! The spa is clean, the staff is friendly, and the techniques are great. A relaxing experience with visible results. Very satisfied and will definitely come back!

  Came in for a late massage last night. Giang listened really well and did exactly what I asked. She had good technique and strong pressure. I felt like she put in a lot of effort. Thank you! I would return but I ran out of time. ❤️ next time I will be back.

  I visited Em Xinh Spa with my husband. I originally planned to get only a pedicure, while my husband wanted a foot massage. We were welcomed by a very kind young woman, who at first was working alone, but she quickly organized a second therapist to take care of the massage. My pedicure was done properly and surprisingly fast — so fast that I was even encouraged to get a manicure as well. I’m happy with the service, everything was professional and pleasant. Overall, we had a very good experience and I can confidently recommend this place to others.

  We came here for a foot massage and were disappointed overall. We were asked to take off our shoes to go upstairs, even though the floor was not clean. I’m also fairly certain they reuse the same towels for every guest, which felt very unhygienic. The massage itself wasn’t very good and didn’t feel relaxing or professional. To be clear, I’ve had many great massages in Vietnam, so this review is specific to this particular place. To make matters worse, at the end of the service the staff directly demanded tips, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  The experience is very bad! It takes a long time to wait for the masseur to come! During the massage, the masseur kept chatting very loudly and couldn't rest and relax. After the massage, the masseur kept asking for tips. After giving the tips, they thought the tips was too little.

  I would advise everyone not to get a massage here. My friend and I went because of the five stars on Google. The girls who did our massage I don’t believe were actually masseuses. One girl they had to call in and the other girl I think was the receptionist because they were short staffed. Then they talked the whole time and were on their phones and only using one hand to do the massage. At the end of the worst massage of my life they started demanding a $200,000 tip even though we asked the price three times and agreed on 450,000.
