  I had a really good experience here, the staffs are all friendly and they did the same service that I asked for, I was satisfied with the spa. Thank you Kelly Modern Spa!

  Worst massage experience ever: Came with tour, Massage was average, Environment was horrible - bad smelling towels that you have to lie on but they change it, unprofessional masseuse who just chit chat and giggle. OMG my masseuse sneeze on my leg I could feel it and continue to massage me! Ew! I turned around to check if she wore a mask, she did not. Gross. Lights were on, super bright white light kind. Not relaxing at all. And the curtains were sheer?! What’s the point? The masseuse use the locker key band to tie my hair. But my family and tour mates experience were ok. I will not recommend this place.

  Very terrible experience!!! Quality differs a lot among each therapist, my partner had a great therapy, but for me, my therapist made me feel hurt the whole period, and even I got a scratch on my finger after the therapy
