  I had such an incredible time on this cruise. The scenery as some of the best I've ever seen while visiting all seven continents. Aurora had a cooking demonstration for us which was very informative and the food was fantastic. There was a sunset party where some of us jumped in the water which is a great memory. We also walked through a cave and saw floating fishing villages which ere fasciniting. Please see my photo of Ha Long Bay with more than nine million views.

  Excellent tour from Aurora (day trip cruise)! They have their own shuttle bus - clean and comfy, even the non-limo version - that will pick up and drop off the customers. Their cruise ship is newer than most, all furnitures & fixtures including wc and shower are very clean and well stocked with supplies. Food is delicious and refilled. Beverages are not included during lunch buffet but their prices are reasonable. You get 2 water bottles in the bus, and i suggest to bring own beverage in a reusable container/tumbler if not availing (Halong bans single use plastic which is an great initiative in my opinion). Tour time is adequate and you have an option to stay in the ship if its too hot or uninterested to see the sites for whatever reason. All the staff, from the reservations (i booked direct on their Facebook page c/o staff Harley) to bus driver to guide (we had staff Kien aka Mr Sticky Rice) to the servers were friendly and knows atleast basic English. Felt very safe and guided the whole day. Travel stops for leg stretches, wc use and snacks, including visiting a pearl shop were quick (not required to buy) but appreciated. Over all an excellent day trip option. Thanks Aurora Halong Bay Cruise team! Highly recommended!

  Nice new and clean boat, really great tour guide Kien (English speaking without any problem with lots of knowledge), perfectly organised and everything was on time, friendly staff, feeling safe whole cruise. Really appreciate proper sitting place with name tag on table for the whole cruise. Quite expensive drinks on board, especially when you can’t bring your own watter (approx 30 k VND watter). #stickyrice

  We enjoyed the halong bay cruise.. its worth going to.. we especially like our guide ‘sticky rice’ who is witty and very helpful and takes care of the group.

  An amazing Ha Long Bay experience! Kien was so kind and answered all of my history questions. He and Luc were very punctual with pick up and the bus was super nice and comfortable. He guided us around the Secret Cave and pointed out fun figures. The kayaking was my favorite part, but they only have doubles so if your an odd group get ready to make a friend. It is even more beautiful than the pictured and the boat is also very well maintained!

  I had an unbelievable day! Nice comfortable transport to and from the bay. The cruise provided a great buffet, clean toilets and showers. The upper deck even had a pool! But what made it so special was the spectacular Halong bay, unbelievable! We were in great hands as our guide ‘Sticky Rice’ was so friendly and fun, and gave just the right amount of knowledge at a good pace. I’d prefer to leave earlier in the morning so we had more time but actually the trip was nicely timed; visiting stunning caves, kayaking (speed boat trip as an extra but well worth it) and a viewpoint on an island with breathtaking views. Thanks to Sticky River and all the other staff for an excellent day

  a dream come true to be on this cruise, a lovely experience all around. singing, dancing and a whole lot of fun especially with jennifer, she kept the whole mood up and we all had lots of fun. highly recommend it.
