  I would also like to thank Manager Mr. Bean for his excellent management and customer service. Everything was arranged smoothly, and the team made sure all guests were comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay. It was a memorable and enjoyable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  So welcoming and helpful. Mr Bean was the perfect tour guide from beginning to end. Also extremely helpful for my husband who is wheel chair reliant and made our trip on Halong Bay such a memorable experience. All the crew were amazing from the moment we checked in.

  We chose a 1-day cruise in Halong Bay with Carnaval Cruise, departing from Hanoi, and it was an excellent decision. The day started perfectly with a luxury transfer from Hotel Siësta, a top boutique hotel, which made the journey comfortable and relaxing from the very beginning. Our guide, Mr. Bean, was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Despite the less-than-perfect weather, we had a fantastic day. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch on board. Everything was perfectly organized and very well taken care of. During the trip, we visited impressive caves, followed by a speedboat ride and a kayaking experience, which added a fun and adventurous touch to the day. It was truly an unforgettable experience and an absolute must-do when visiting Vietnam. Highly recommended! Carl & Martine

  I had a nice Ha Long Bay day tour with Manager Bean and the staff. Everything was well organized and the team was very friendly and helpful. Manager Bean took good care of the guests and made the trip smooth and enjoyable. The staff were kind and always ready to help. Ha Long Bay is very beautiful and the tour was a great experience. Thank you to Manager Bean and the team!

  We had a great Halong Bay day tour, and our tour manager Bean was excellent and very knowledgeable knowledgeable. Bean was friendly, well organized, and very helpful throughout the trip. Thanks to Bean and all the staff , everything went smoothly and the experience was enjoyable and memorable.

  Our Halong Bay cruise was an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was our tour guide, Mr. Bean. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. His explanations about Halong Bay's history, culture, and famous landmarks were interesting and easy to follow.

  Excellent hospitality throughout the journey, Mr.Bean is very lively, supportive especially when we went through caves area, feeling homelier. Good quality was excellent nd served Indian food was almost same taste like India. All staff was very cooperative nd friendly. Overall our day was excellent nd memorable. Thank you team 🙏🙏
