  Good food and new and nice boat. Staff very nice. And our tour guide Tommy was really friendly and spoke good english.

  We are very excited about our trip with Luxury Flamingo Cruise to Ha Long bay! With a small group on a boat for maximum 20 guests, you can really enjoy the boattrip through the bay in a relaxing way. The service was perfect from the beginning till the end and the food was delicious

  Service is alright but the activities are a joke at best. The cooking class was a joke - they make you roll spring rolls but don’t show you how to make the stuff that goes inside. The staff showed us how to roll them and then proceeded to intervene in everyone’s attempts to roll their spring rolls. There was no tour of the sights. The squid fishing was a joke because they just gave us a two second explanation and left. For the money, definitely not worth it. Their promise of WiFi was a lie. There were no onboard activities worth doing. The place where we went for a swim or kayak was filled with garbage.

  Awful all around, a total joke. Outdated boat, sad food, lame activities minus kayaking (though they gave us a broken leaky kayak), terrible ‘guide’ who is nothing of the sort. The 20 year old guide Khan got drunk with a local couple onboard while the staff overserved them to the point they got obnoxiously drunk and loud on deck, and then spent the night yelling at each other and throwing up in their room. We know this because the staff kept their door open ‘helping’ them all night, despite the floor being full of the other paying guests. Just book something else.

  Below average. Despite excellent reviews on Tripadvisor be very wary of this company. Their treatment of me during the booking process was very unethical. Staff unhelpful- lack of communication. Too expensive for what it is.

  Very disappointing. Awful customer service - unhelpful staff. Very poor communication- did not respond to correspondence. Never even contacted me about details on where/when to get on the boat. Has not responded to emails.

  Horrible. I'd looked around as my partner is allergic to dairy and gluten. They assured me they could accommodate "several times". Within half an hour of being on the cruise and triple checking, they poisened her with both. She was very sick and still is. She's not fussy and would have been happy with rice and chilli. Not hard at all. We had booked a 2 night but had to cancel the second night due to her being so sick. We were told we would be refunded but as we were settling the bill before leaving were told only 30% refund would be given. She was unable to eat most things and was also too unwell to participate in any activities (I also didn't participate as I stayed to console her and look after her). The activities which I might add was a 45 minute kayak, hour at a beach and an hour cave tour. Otherwise the whole time stuck on the boat. The only on boat activities were squid fishing but wasn't the season so we were told not to bother and cooking class which was watch someone make the filling to spring rolls and we just roll a couple. The drinks were extremely over priced and pretty bad (cocktails 180,000) "if it was even stocked" Food was some of the worst I've eaten. One night we had a fish cake and it was as tough as over cooked chicken. Soup thickened with I think tapioca so was a snot like consistency. All flavourless. Over cooked rice and noodles and old brown fruit. And if we had stayed for the 2 nights we still had to go back to port, wait a couple hours there for the next load of people. Which I don't understand because we would have done the same activities all over again, not the activities that were listed for our second day. So completely false advertisement. Also wifi was broken. Definitely not luxury. We were both very sad as I was extremely excited for this part of my holiday. Was such a let down. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and was definitely not worth the money. Save yourself and book with someone else.
