What a great trip! Unfortunately we only have in night at the "Bahaha Sail to Happiness" if I'd known how great it was, wed stay longer. Our guide Tom, who was more like a personal assistant, was one of the most heartwarming people I've met in Vietnam so far. However: the whole team was just great to be with. We enjoyed the kayaking, the trip to the floating village, the pool, the drinks, the trip to the cave for meditation, the foot massage and also the food which was like the kiss of an angle for your tongue. Thank you all for a great experience - we definitely have to recommend you. If you'd ever get a chance to be here, you won't be disappointed!

Overview We were a party of 14 from Canada, celebrating a family wedding while visiting Vietnam. Bhaya has different cruise lines, and this review is for Bhaya Soul. We stayed for 2 days 1 night with this cruise line, and an unforgettable experience for everybody of our family. We highly recommend this cruise, and will be back in the near future. Reservation & Payment (5/5) During research for destination weddings in the Ha Long Bay area, Bhaya has nearly two decades of presence and their responsiveness to our inquiries made them our top choice. The wedding planning process was effortless thanks to Becky (Bích), who was an excellent communicator and was very patient with our ever-changing plans. She was also informative and accommodating to both our budget and needs. We did cross-reference the cost quoted by Bhaya with other wedding planners, and Becky’s pricing was fair. Guest Services (5/5) This was a shared cruise, with guests other than those from our family. Each party was assigned a host, and our family group was assigned to Duke (Đức). He was attentive every step of the way, from check-in at the welcome centre to assisting us with the wedding rollout. Duke’s hospitality was genuine, warm, and truly exceptional. In addition, he had an answer to every question asked by our crazy family whether it be questions about the cruise or our curiosity during excursions, he knew it all and it was impressive! Amenities (5/5) The ship was very clean and well kept. The whole ship was mindfully designed, and there were many areas to take beautiful (and Instagram worthy) photos. There was a 40 minute complimentary foot massage for every guest upon arrival, which we highly recommend even if you’re ticklish. In terms of cabins, there are three types that you can reserve; our bride & groom stayed in the Legacy Suite, the rest of the party stayed in the Signature Cabins, (we did not stay in the mid-tier Symphony Suite). In our opinion, the Signature Cabins still exuded luxury. The pool was accessible for all guests as well. There were many areas to sit, lounge, and enjoy the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay. Food & Drinks (4/5) The package that we bought included all meals but did not include alcoholic beverages. For those of us who wanted a drink, the bar was still accessible. We are proud to say that nobody from our party had any discomfort from the food served. There were many options for breakfast (buffet style), however lunch and dinner were limited as they were set menus. Keep in mind that this is a smaller but quality cruise line, therefore food options may be limited depending on your taste. Entertainment (5/5) All guests were greeted by a traditional welcome gesture (music and dance). Meals were also accompanied by live instrumentals of pop music played by Vietnamese traditional music instruments (it’s a very unique blend and experience). Our stay also included four excursions: kayaking, squid fishing, cave, tour of floating village. These activities were well thought out, and it was a good way to experience the local culture.

Cannot recommend Bhaya Cruises enough! We did the 2D 1N Bhaya Soul Cruise (which only launched for the first time a few months ago) and had a fantastic time. The boat is very new and super well-equipped. There is a delightful heated swimming pool, sundeck, indoor and outdoor bar and the dining room not only has gorgeous views out of the window but served incredible food too. Beds were comfortable and large and each cabin also had it's own bath and balcony. Activities were also fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the kayaking, meditation walk through Tien Ong Cave, and the visit to a floating village. One thing that really sets Bhaya apart is they travel a longer route and stop in areas that are not crowded so you can experience the Bay's serenity without any other tourists around. We also received a complimentary foot massage on board which was just heavenly! One of our favourite parts was absolutely the staff on board though. They were a delightful bunch and so attentive and helpful. Timothy was our fantastic host and we cannot thank him enough for his kindness and expertise. If we had had more time available, we would've loved to do a longer cruise, but if you are like us and time poor, definitely check out the Bhaya Soul Cruise - it is truly a magical experience!

We took the 2 day 1 night cruise on Ha Long Bay on the Bhaya Auco boat. The staff was professional and engaging. They ensured all of our needs were met. Our boat manager, John, was always visible ensuring everyone enjoyed their cruise. 10/10 recommend this tour company. Safety came first but while ensuring everyone enjoyed all excursions. The small size of this boat also allowed us to make new friends from all over the world.

A beautiful 3 day cruise at Halong Bay. It was a little misty and grey but that didn’t stop the enjoyment. We packed a lot into a short time with several on shore excursions including caves, kayaking, bikes and an oyster farm. The staff were all excellent. Gin was great at the bar. Katie was an amazing host. The musician was so good. Joy just arranged everything so wonderfully.

Absolutely loved the experience we had on the Auco1. The cruise director Joy and her wonderful staff were absolute professionals and very welcoming. The food and beverages were all first rate and the vessel itself was beautiful appointed and very accommodating. Ha Long Bay was full of magnificent scenery, and we had a wonderful time cruising and sightseeing for 2 days and nights. A wonderful experience all round, and I highly recommend Bhaya Cruise Center for its Ha Long Bay tours.

Beautiful experience! We did the 2d 1n on the Bhaya Classic 2 and felt very welcome and taken care of. The food was delicious, the activities (Kayaking, a small cave and the biggest Cave in Halong Bay) were really well planned and gave us a good overall feeling for Halong Bay. The whole crew was so friendly and attentive, the room was clean & cozy, the bed very comfortable and drifting to sleep hearing the soft waves and waking back up in the morning to the waves was wonderful!! We can only recommend it!

Beautiful 3 day 2 night trip with Bhaya Legend 4. The cabins, dining room and sun deck are amazing. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious. Kevin, the boat manager, took great care of us. The kayaking tour through the caves and lakes was a unique experience. Rest of the staff also extremely friendly. Highly recommended experience when you are in Vietnam
