  I'll be honest that I haven't been able to find such a helpful booking office in Ha Long. They speak fluent English here and have some of the best cruise deals! Shout out to Thang and Anh. Keep up the good work, guys! One small thing to improve, it'd be nice if you guys can sell some quick food and drink. After a long bus ride I got very hungry, but they had a really nice bathroom at the office which was a big plus!

  “I had an amazing experience thanks to lady of the owner (sorry for forgot greeting names ) She went above and beyond to help us during our trip , assisting with motorbike rentals and even arranging our bus pick up point to the next destination, which wasn’t even her job. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made my journey stress-free and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her traveling agency services to anyone traveling in the area!” . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The lady who works here is a magician! 😍 We arrived earlier at the Agency then expected and she managed to get us on a bus 1 hour earlier which we didn’t see online before- although we’re a group of 5 people. The bus was clean and spacious. We are so happy we didn’t have to wait. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

  I had an amazing experience with this travel agency. She speaks English very well and is such a nice lady who goes above and beyond to help you with all your travel needs. I had a wonderful experience in Ha Long bay mainly because of her tips, advice and support. Thank you!!!

  I had an excellent experience with the Ha Long Bay Travel executive who assisted me with my 12go ticket cancellations. They were incredibly professional, kind, and responsive throughout the process. Despite the challenges of last-minute changes, they handled everything smoothly and with a high level of efficiency. Their communication was clear and prompt, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. I truly appreciate their patience and commitment to providing great customer service. Highly recommend their services for a stress-free experience!

  I really, really couldn’t recommend Ha Long Bay Travel enough. We booked a transfer to and from Cat Ba. Going to Cat Ba: The process was straightforward. We were dropped off to the terminal, they then purchased the ferry tickets on our behalf whilst we waited in the seating area, boarded the ferry, and there’s then a driver waiting on the other side to take you to the front door of your hotel / hostel. They also Whatsapp’d us to let us know that the ferry was leaving sooner than expected a day in advance, which gave us enough time to rearrange our transfers from Hanoi to their office for the transfer. Leaving Cat Ba: Again, the process was the same as arrival: Taxi to the port, tickets purchased, ferry and then a taxi back to their office. Only in our situation, on the return journey, the ferry managed to beach itself for well over an hour and we were completely stuck; waiting on a digger to push it out (not the fault of Ha Long Bay Travel, of course). Unfortunately, we also had a taxi pre-booked (with another company) to take us back to Hanoi waiting for us at their office, but the guys at Ha Long Bay Travel spoke to the taxi driver and the other company on our behalf to explain the situation and request that they wait for us, which they did (for over an hour). Once we arrived back to Ha Long, both the taxi driver and a rep from Ha Long Bay travel were waiting for us. That customer service is second to none. Our only regret is that we haven’t used Ha Long Bay Travel for more transfers / tours, but we most certainly will when we come back 🙏

  Pretty frustrating experience. When I booked, I was told to be at one pickup location at 10:30. Then on the morning of the trip, I got a message telling me to go to a different location at 10:00 instead. After I walked there with all my luggage, the driver messaged me and told me to walk to yet another location. The strangest part was that he then said he could take me to the "real" pickup point for 50,000 VND. The problem is that the real pickup point was the same place I had already been told to go to earlier, and it was only about a 15 minute walk away. It honestly felt like he was trying to get extra money out of me for no reason. I understand that pickup locations sometimes change, but changing them multiple times at the last minute and then trying to charge passengers for unnecessary transportation is not a great way to treat customers. The trip itself was fine, but the communication and pickup process were unnecessarily stressful.

  Terrible experience, they were supposed to pick us up at the hotel, they were waiting in a hidden place and we were waiting in the lobby with full view on the entrance of the vehicles. The driver then decided to go away. Office closed, number not reachable, nobody picks up at the phone. Very bad service, not recommended at all!
