  We had a one day private trip in Cat Ba with Halong Adventure Tours, tailored entirely to our needs. Our guide, Hieu was fun, talkative and attended to our every need. When we learned that our next day trip organizers will not be able to pick us up, Hieu managed to quickly organize our whole next day transportation in a couple minutes. All in all, a perfect day in Cat Ba, really helpful even afterwards and we had a taste of his glorius local wine after our tour as well:)

  Unforgettable day for our family. We chose the 6h trip around Ha Long and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. First stop, stunning beach with a hike to the top of the mountain. You don’t have to climb up there you can just swim in stunning sea. Second stop, just breathtaking walk through ancient caves, We were stunned!Probably the largest caves I ever seen-wow! Third stop, monkey island, we chose to go on dragon boat/gondola style with driver, and we went under a rock and saw bunch of monkeys. You can also go kayaking.The team looked after us beautifully and they also serve drinks and snacks on the board you can purchase for very decent money. The plentiful and yummy lunch was part of our package therefore free. It is 💯 suitable for children and don’t be afraid to go for a dip on the beach, you can wash your feet in a bucket when you enter a boat.

  We spent a one day cruise in Cat Ba bay and everything was amazing, starting from the service, the places, the food. As promised, the boat didn't pass through the most touristic spots and it was nice to enjoy the landscape and the beauty in a peaceful and not crowded way. The tour guide, Anthony, was also very nice and funny, we like him! Thank you to have organised everything in a perfect way!

  Hieu helped us arrange an amazing private boat tour, we hosted the most incredible retreat. Hieu at Ha Long Adventure helped us put it all together seamlessly, amazing boat cruise, great food, lovely peaceful islands, hiking, kayaking, swimming… it was amazing. Thank you Hieu for allowing us to have this incredible adventure.

  One of the best experience we did in Vietnam. So authentic, beautiful, perfectly organised, and simply fantastic. We highly highly recommend it to anyone (from world travellers to occasional tourists). Everything is customisable depending on what you would like to do, see, and visit. Our guide knows everything, every spot, every local, and we lived an unforgettable experience.

  We met Mr. Hieu on our first morning in Halong over coffee. It turned out he had an office right across the street. We booked both a 4-hour and a 6-hour cruise through him, which included kayaking, visiting caves, a beach and, of course, seeing the breathtaking limestone karsts. Mr. Hieu was a huge help throughout our stay, he organised our transport to Cat Ba Island and arranged our bus tickets to Da Nang. Here I must mention that the bus journey to Da Nang wasn't smooth. Due to a language barrier and a lack of effort from the bus company's drivers, we ended up changing buses in the middle of the night. The staff didn't wait with us for the connecting bus, so we ended up getting on the wrong one (fortunately it was still heading to the same city). Luckily Mr. Hieu was available all along the way and he even managed to refund the extra ticket we had to pay on the second bus! Bumps on the road are part of the journey when traveling, but Mr. Hieu’s attentiveness and constant support made all the difference, and we were grateful for that. We’ll keep in touch for sure!
