  I had a wonderful 5-day tour, and a big part of that was thanks to Lana. She was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Throughout the entire trip, she stayed in touch with me, making sure I always knew where to go, what to expect, and answering any questions I had. I really appreciated how attentive, caring, and supportive she was. The Ha Giang Loop and Sapa were absolutely breathtaking and became the highlights of my trip to Vietnam. Everything was very well organized, and those are memories I’ll never forget. Overall, the entire tour was organized to a very high standard, and I truly appreciate all the care and support Lana provided throughout the journey. I would definitely recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Lana looking after you, you’ll be in great hands. Thank you again for making this such an unforgettable experience! 😊

  Great travel office in Tuan Chau! The staff were friendly, honest, and spoke good English. They explained all the tours clearly and helped me pick the best option. The booking was easy and transparent. Our Ha Long Bay trip was amazing — clean boat, tasty lunch, and a great guide. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tuan Chau!

  My seaplane flight tour was canceled due to bad weather conditions, so I found this agency that arranged a private speedboat tour .in the Bay. For just around $100, I had a great experience, seeing the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. During the tour, I realized that I wouldn't have had the time or patience for a two-day or even one-day tour, because the boats are really slow. I think people spend most of their time on their cell phones. In short: a great option.I recommend it.

  solo traveling, first time visit vietnam. 11days. know nothing about vietnam before. i want to get back home early coz im so boring, dont know what to do n where to go. i take day trip with miss Thao, she have a good heart, help me a lot n recomend me many good place, introduce me halong bay area, taking me to bbq party, being my real friend here,im so sad to leaving halong now.. if i come back here the reason is to visit my friend,Miss Thao. n take trip together with this tour agent, i want her to be my travel mate.i recomend u guys to take trip from here

  Day trip was amazing and we've got new friend from different countries during our cruise journey.Tour guide and travel agent were frendly,polite and willing to help.Package is perfect there has no point to unsatisfied.We did enjoy a lot in the cruise tour with entired activities and view in Ha Long Bay.I wish I will come back again to Vietnam with my other friends.

  Happy travel organised a great value day cruise of the Halong Bay Area. Unfortunately an ATM machine swallowed my bank card in Halong Bay but luckily Thảo at Happy Travel was able to help me. She contacted her sister who helped me organise a bank transfer of cash using Western Union. I would never have been able to do it without her help. I’ll forever be grateful to the kindness of the Vietnamese people for helping me out of a very stressful situation x

  So yes im stupid and we booked a bus for the wrong date (one day later than our intended travel ) however we checked in 2 hours before what we thought was our intended travel time - and no one told us until after the bus had already left. We checked in for a bus at 5pm - departure at 7pm and it wasn’t until 7:15pm that they told us that we had booked the wrong date……. Yes this was our fault but you would presume at check in they would say that you booked the wrong date so then you could rectify this situation and then pay the extra cost of the bus that night This didn’t happen as I said at 7:15 they told us we had booked the wrong date - they were less than helpful - then offered a private taxi to our destination (Ninh binh) I wouldn’t recommend booking with this company
