  Had a great time. Booked 2 nights and it was ideal, we went for a hike and had a breath taking view of all the bay. The staff is really friendly, the volunteers were the best. Big shoutout to Mario, who was a sweetheart from the very beginning, was always trying to help and explaining all of our questions. He was the one guiding us up the mountain during the hike, and I’m grateful for everything he’s done for the group. 10/10 would definitely recommend

  We have just come back from the 2 day 1 night cruise in Ha long Bay with Hideaway cruises and we couldn’t recommend it enough! It was so fun, the rooms were so nice and the staff were amazing! Our tour guide Alex was the best and made our trip amazing! 100% recommend 🫶

  I did the 3D2N tour, and Alex was an amazing tour guide. I really enjoyed all of the activities prepared for us, such as going to the beach and hiking on Cat Ba island. The boat had great facilities, and delicious food. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

  Had a great 2 day 1 night trip. Our guide Alex was very attentive and on board host Leo both made sure that everything was looked after from start to finish. Good mix of activities through out our time- beach, karaoke, kayaking. People in the group were friendly and would be just as good as a solo passenger

  Awesome cruise - really nice people and staff. 2 days 1 night was a great length, we did volleyball, tube-riding, boat jumping and kayaking in the morning. Decent food, some veggie options. Hot-tubs were really nice, stunning views and great atmosphere. Alex (Ha) our tour guide was great, spoke really good english, was super helpful with anything we needed and all round friendly guy. We left an item of clothing on board and he was able to find and bring it back for us! Thanks Alex :)

  I can’t recommend this tour enough, we had Alex as our tour guide and he was fabulous. The cruise was great and we made stops to islands to banana boat and relax. He led us through all the activities and made sure we felt safe and engaged in all the trip activities. Was an awesome time, thanks to all the hideaway team!

  WOW! I was not expecting that my experience would be so amazing. First by the cruise itself. We had 3 public jacuzzis, an amazing bedroom and private bathrooms, there are some rooms with bathtubs as well. And one room with a private jacuzzi !!!! The food is so delicious, lots of happy hours so our trip can become cheaper. If you are interested in having fun, party and get to know new people , this is the best place! With the best view ever. The only issue is the beach they take us in the first day, there are lot of trash / garbage on the water and sand. It is sad and frustrating, most of the time you can’t swim in it. But you still have fun by playing voleibol, banana boat and boat jumping. And if you are staying 2 nights, you also have the opportunity to visit a secret village and hike. Thanks to my tour guide Alex and Leo who made my stay there more fun and enjoyable!

  Fun cruise, a little overpriced. Food is plentiful and taste is good enough. One small bottle of free water then everything is charged, I think when you're trapped on a boat that's a bit disappointing; I'd asked in advance if there was filtered water on board, they said "free", turns out only 1 bottle. Amazing views from the room, we loved the 2nd floor. Room was comfortable but in disrepair. At one point I realized the shelf in the bathroom had water dripping into my toiletries from the ceiling. Shower didn't drain well. Towels provided were quick dry. Happy hours made drinks cheaper, they were good. They let me DJ which was cool. The cruise director Leo was lively but we never saw him except the start and end, but he was available for any of our needs by WhatsApp. The Jacuzzis were cool but the water looked soiled and unkept so we didn't use them. Kayaking was fun, beach and boat jumping were fun. You get up close and personal with the state of the ocean being full of plastic. Not their fault but not that appealing to swim in. Amazing views. Wish we toured around a bit more than we did but for the 2d1n we were happy.
